The Ministry of Corporate Affairs(MCA) has notified Sections of Competition (Amendment) Act 2023 via issuing Notification. The Notification Stated as, "In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023 (9 of 2023), the Central Government hereby appoints the 18th day of May, 2023 as the date on which the provisions of the following sections of the said Act shall come into force."
