In the latest update, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has introduced the Change Request Form under the Company e-filing’s Approval Services (Registrar of Companies) Tab on the MCA portal.
Now, stakeholders can update information relating to master data or any other information using that form. The form is in NON-STP Mode and will be processed by the appropriate Approving Authority.
For Change Request Form:
Go to MCA Portal -> MCA Services -> Company e-filing -> Approval Services (Registrar of Companies) -> Change Request Form.
