The Ministry of Corporate Affairs(MCA) has issued an update for stakeholders to provide hassle-free filing experience. MCA notified Excel file download and upload functionality for LLP forms. These LLP forms include Form 3 and Form 11.
The Announcement reads as follows:
Stakeholders please note that in order to provide hassle-free filing experience of Form 3 LLP, excel download and upload functionality has been provided in the form in which all the existing data of the Partners and Designated Partners of the LLP will get pre-filled. Stakeholders are requested to read the instruction kit before filing the form.
Stakeholders please note excel file download and upload feature has been activated in Form 11 LLP, which will pre-fill all of the existing information of the LLP's Partners and Designated Partners. Before submitting the form, stakeholders should read the instruction kit.
