Moreover, the candidate should be confident, self-driven, and a team player. The candidate should also have the ability to work in teams, handle long hours, and work stress. Additionally, preference will be given to candidates having experience in the Aviation Industry, Infrastructure Sector, Economics, Finance, Law, Data Management, and Information Technology.
As per the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 official notification, the Young Professional hired by the Ministry of Civil Aviation will receive a consolidated fee of Rs 50,000/- per month, which includes all benefits. If their services are extended beyond one year, the monthly fees will be increased by a maximum of 06% on a yearly basis.
However, they will not be entitled to any separate monthly allowances, House Rent Allowances, telephone, accommodation, or transport facilities. The Young Professionals will have to manage their expenses with the consolidated fee that they receive.
