Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2022: The Ministry of Finance (MoF) has invited Applications from Experienced Personnel in reference to the Appointment of 1) Stenographer Grade II and 2) Assistant on a Deputation/ Absorption Basis in the office of the Competent Authority and Administrator (CCA) [SAFEM (FOP)A/NDPSA] in Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

Note: In case of non-availability of the Candidates with sufficient of the Service Period the Candidates with Lesser Service may also apply. However, their Appointment would be subject to Approval from the Ministry. 10th February 2023 (10.02.2023) is the Ending Date for the Candidates to submit their Applications.

Eligible Officer’s Resume or Curriculum Vitae should be Correctly typewritten with the Particulars filled up in the Specimen Application Format of the Eligible and Willing Candidates in terms of the Notified Criteria and who may be spared immediately for Appointment to the said Notified Post, may be forwarded to the Office of the Competent Authority, SAFEM (FOP)A & NDPSA within 60 Days, i.e., on or Before 10th February 2023 (10.02.2023) through Proper Channel enclosed with the Integrity Certificate (IC), Vigilance Clearance Certificate (VCC), the Certificate showing that No Major/Minor penalty was imposed during the last 10 Years and Photocopies of the Officer’s Confidential Reports; i.e., Individually Signed and Countersigned with Seal on each Paper of the Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs)/Annual Appraisal Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) for the last 05 years.

Selection Process: The Screening Committee, at its discretion, shall carry through the Selection Process for Stenographer Grade II and Assistant Posts.

In case of Applications received in larger numbers from the Candidates, the Screening Committee will shortlist the Candidates with Higher Eligibility for Appointment into Stenographer Grade II and Assistant Posts as per the Recruitment Process.

a) holding Analogous Posts

b) with 08 Years’ Regular Service in Stenographer Grade-II

c) having in possession speed of 100 Words Per Minute in Stenography (English)

II) Assistant (01 Vacancy)

The Officers of the Central or State Government Department or Organizations should be

a) holding Analogous Post; Or

b) Upper Division Clerk of the Central Government or State Government Departments of Organizations and of Income Tax or the Central Excise (GST) or Customs Commissionerates or Directorates of Narcotics in the Pay Scale of Rs.5200.00 to 20200.00 Plus Grade Pay Rs.2400.00 with 08 Years’ Services in the Grade.

Certification to be issued by the Employer Or Cadre Controlling Authority (Duly Countersigned):

1.  No Vigilance Case or Disciplinary Case is pending or contemplated against Shri ………………/ Shrimati………………..

2. His/Her Integrity is Certified

3. His / Her Confidential Report Dossier (Photocopies of the Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) / Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) of the preceding 05 Years duly attested by an Officer of Rank of the Under-Secretary of the Government of India

4. Neither a Major or Minor Penalty has been imposed on Him / Her in the past 10 years. A List of Major or Minor Penalty/ies imposed on Him or Her in the last 10 Years is enclosed herewith (as the case may be).
