Monthly Salary under Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023:

The Candidates, post-Selection shall be entitled to the Pay Scale Level 11 explained hereunder:

Pay Scale: Level 11 (Rs.67700-208700)

Eligibility for Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023:

Eligibility Conditions:

The Officers under the Central Government/State Governments or Union Territory Administration/ Universities or Recognized Research Institutions or Semi-Government/Statutory or Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector Undertakings:

A.1: holding Analogous Post on Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/ Department; Or

2: With 05 Years’ Service in the Grade rendered post-Appointment thereto on a Regular Basis in Pay Band-3 Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400 (Pay Level-10) or Equivalent in the Parent Cadre/Department; Or

3: With 07-Years’ Service in the Grade rendered after Appointment thereto on a Regular basis in Pay Band-2, Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600 (Pay Level-07) or Equivalent in the Parent Cadre of Department; and

B) Possessing the following Educational Qualification and Experience:

1) Bachelor’s Degree from any Accredited Recognized University/ Institute.

2) 05-Years’ Experience in Accounts, Administration, and Establishment Work in any Government Office/Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Body or Statutory Organization.

Note*: The Officers from only Central Government or State Governments are Eligible to be considered for Absorption.

Selection Process under the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023:

Only Eligible Shortlisted Candidates would be summoned for participating in the Personal Interaction/ Interview and Record Verification.

The Candidate selected on Administrative Officer Post is expected to handle all Administrative Task and also function as Drawing and Disbursing Officer. He will also have to discharge the functions of the Secretary in the Commission.

The Officer to be appointed on Deputation shall be entitled to the Pay Scale Level 11.  The Appointment of the Administrative shall span 04-Years following Joining.

ii) Vigilance/D&AR Clearance;

iii) Integrity Certification;

iv) Last 05 Years’ Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) Dossier duly attested by any Competent Officer;

v) Certification that No Major/Minor Penalty has been imposed on him/her during Last 10-Years.

v) Cadre Controlling Authority issued No-Objection.
