Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Government of India has sought Online Applications from the Candidates Eligible for the Junior Translation Officer Post in the Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO), Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) vide the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023 Official Notification. The Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023 Official Notification has arisen with 86 Vacancies for the Junior Translation Officer Post. The Junior Translation Officer Posts will be filled up in the Pay Matrix Level 06 (35400-112400) notified in the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.
As may be referred to the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Post-Selection Junior Translation Officer, the Officers shall be issued Appointments in the Employees Provident Fund Organization, New Delhi. According to the UPSC issued Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Online Recruitment Application (ORA) Process is in progress. The Last Date for completing the Online Recruitment Application Process shall terminate on 13.07.2023. Accordingly, Willing and Eligible Candidates may complete the ORA Process according to the Instructions prescribed therein.
The Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023 Official Notification has arisen for 01 Post and 86 Vacancies to be filled up in the Employees Provident Fund Organization:

According to the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, those selected as Junior Translation Officer Appointment shall be entitled to Monthly Salary hereinunder:
Pay Matrix Level-06 (Rs. 35400-112400) of Pay Matrix under 7th CPC. Based on the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Junior Translation Officer Post carries the Pay Matrix Level 06 mentioned hereinabove.
According to the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Applicant, as on the Closing Date, should be aged as narrated hereunder:
1) The EWS Applicant should not exceed 30 Years.
2) The Upper Age Limitation remains Relaxable for Regularly Appointed Central Government/Union Territory Government Servants up to 05 Years as per the instructions issued by the Government of India from time to time.
3) For Age Concessions applicable to some other Categories of Applicants, the Applicants should refer to the relevant Paragraphs of the “Instructions and Additional Information to Candidates for Recruitment by Selection” of the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement.
The Eligibility comprising the Educational Qualification(s) and Experience essential as per the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023 Official Notification for the Applicants are as follows:
Essential Criteria:
The Willing Candidates with Eligibility should have the Eligibility comprising the Educational and Desirable Qualifications narrated hereunder:
A) Educational:
Master’s Degree from any Accredited University in Hindi with English as a Compulsory or Elective Subject or as the medium of Examination at the Degree Level; Or
Master’s Degree of any Duly Recognized University in English with Hindi as a Compulsory or Elective Subject or as the Medium of Examination at the Degree Level; Or
Master’s Degree from any Duly Recognized University in any Subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi Medium and English as a Compulsory or Elective subject or as the Medium of Examination at the Degree Level; Or
Master’s Degree of any Duly Recognized University in any Subject other than Hindi or English, with English Medium and Hindi as a Compulsory or Elective subject or as the Medium of Examination at the Degree Level; Or
Master’s Degree of any Duly Accredited University in any Subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as a Compulsory or Elective subject or as the Medium of Examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the Degree Level; And
ii) Diploma or Certificate Course from any Duly Recognized University or Institute in Translation from Hindi to English and vice versa or 02 Years’ Experience of Translation Work from Hindi to English and vice versa in the Central Government/State Government Office including Government of India Undertaking.
Note: The Qualifications and the Qualification with regard to Experience with regard to the Candidates, otherwise well-qualified, are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission.
Based on the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023 Official Notification issued, the Union Public Service Commission shall carry through the Recruitment Test Selection with Other Criteria also explained hereunder:
Recruitment Methodology:
In the event of the Applications of the Applicants received relatively in large number, the Union Public Service Commission will adopt the Shortlisting Criteria for restricting the number to only Eligible Candidates to be called in for the Interview to a Reasonable Number by Any or More of the Methodologies as mentioned hereunder:
a) “Based on the Desirable Qualification (DQ) or any one or all of the Desirable Qualifications (DQs), if more than one Desirable Qualification is prescribed”.
b) On the basis of Higher Educational Qualifications than the Minimum prescribed in the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.
c) Based on Higher Experience in the relevant field than the Minimum prescribed in the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement.
d) By reckoning the Prior Professional Work-Experience before or Post-acquired Essential Qualifications of the Candidate Applicants.
e) By invoking the Prior Work Experience even in cases where there is No Experience mentioned Either as Essential Qualification (EQ) Or as Desirable Qualification (DQ).
f) By holding a Recruitment Test (RT).
Minimum Qualifying/Pass Marks:
As has been explained in the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Viva-voce/Personality Test carries Total 100 Marks with the Minimum Qualifying/Pass Marks for Selection to be read hereunder:
A) The Category-wise Minimum Level of Suitability in the Interviews (100 Marks), irrespective of whether the Selection is conducted only through Interview or by holding a Recruitment Test (RT) to be followed by the Interview, shall remain subject to the Minimum Qualifying Marks for I) Economically Weaker Sections (EWS); II) Other Backward Community and III) Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Caste/Persons with Benchmark Disability/ies (PwBD/s).
B) In cases where Selection is carried through by Recruitment Test (RT) followed by the Personal Interview, the Candidate will have to attain the Minimum Level of Suitability in their respective Categories in the course of the Interview Stage.
Following is the Category-wise Application Fee and Payment Gateway for remittance by the Applicants:
I) The EWS/OBC Candidates shall have to pay the Application Fee Rs. 25.00 (Rupees Twenty-five only) only either by remitting the Money in any Branch of the State Bank of India in Cash or by using the Net-Banking Facility of the State Bank of India or by using Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card Payment Gateway.
II) Reserved Community (SC/ST/PwBDs) and Women Candidates under any Community remain Exempted from payment of the Application Fee.
