Missed Your CS Registration? All You Need to Know About ICSI Amnesty Scheme 2025
ICSI Students Amnesty Scheme, 2025: The ICSI “Amnesty Scheme 2025” is a special opportunity for former CS students whose registrations had expired to rejoin the course without difficulty. Through this scheme, such students can reactivate their enrolment under the latest Syllabus 2022, retain any earlier exemptions they had, and pay only a small, nominal fee instead of the full registration charges.
ICSI Students Amnesty Scheme, 2025: Who is eligible?
There are two categories of eligible students:
Category 1:
- Students who were earlier registered in the CS Executive (Intermediate) or Professional (Final) level, but whose registration has expired and
- who are no longer allowed to renew it through the normal “Denovo” process, can still get another chance to continue their CS course under this scheme.
Category 2:
- Students who are already studying in the Executive Programme under the 2022 syllabus but had to take a new registration because their old one had expired and they were not allowed to renew it through the normal Denovo process or
- Students who are already in the Professional Programme under the 2022 syllabus and had to re-register because their old registration had expired.
ICSI Students Amnesty Scheme, 2025: Fee Structure
Category 1: This category requires students to pay a fixed fee of Rs 5,000 to avail the benefits of the Amnesty Scheme.
Category 2: Under this category, students need to pay only Rs 1,000 to benefit from the Amnesty Scheme.
ICSI Students Amnesty Scheme, 2025: Applicable Syllabus
For Category 1 students, the following is the applicable syllabus:
- The latest Syllabus 2022 applies.
- 5-year registration validity
- Corresponding Exemptions as applicable in case of De-novo
- TDOP Exempted
- Study Material on remittance of requisite cost separately.
- Pre-Exam Test to be completed after paying the Pre-Exam Test Fee to become eligible for Examination Enrolment.
For Category 2 students, the following is the applicable syllabus:
- 5-year registration validity remains the same from the date of Fresh
- Registration or Re-registration.
- Additional Exemptions as per revised mapping from earlier syllabus
- TDOP applicability as per guidelines prevalent at the time of fresh Executive registration
- Study Material on remittance of requisite cost separately, if required
- Pre-Examination Test completion is required before exam enrolment.
ICSI Students Amnesty Scheme, 2025: Scheme Duration
The scheme will be available for three months from December 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026. After this period ends, no applications will be accepted.
