MOEF Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change (MOEFCC), Government of India, New Delhi has called in Applications in respect of the Officers for Appointment into Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer Post in the National Authority, Compensatory Afforestation Fund Management and Planning Authority (CAMPA) vide this MOEF Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 09.03.2023. According to the MOEF Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Appointment on to Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer Post to be carried through shall be at the Director Level Post under Monthly Salary Pay Level 13.
According to the MOEF Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, duly completed Applications in respect of the Eligible Officer should be in the Prescribed Application Proforma to be routed through Proper Channel; i.e., the Cadre Controlling Authority. That the Last Date for receipt of the duly filled-up Applications with regard to Willing and Eligible Officers through E-Mail is notified in the MOEF Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement.
As per the MOEF Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, notified 01 Vacancy shall be filled up for Appointment as follows:
Designation: Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer
Vacancy: 01 No.
As is notified in the MOEF Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Monthly Salary Pay Level accruing to the Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer shall be according to the Deputation Pay.
The Officers belonging to IA & AS, IRS, ICAS, IRAS and IDAS should be in the Serving Capacity as follows:
I) The Officers working in the Pay Matrix Level 13 or holding Analogous Post on a Regular Basis; And
II) The Officers having completed Minimum 03 Years of Regular Service in Pay Level 12 of the Pay Matrix.
Selection on to the Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer Post shall be carried through by Deputation. The Officer shall be offered a Posting in New Delhi for a period not exceeding 05 Years.
The Minimum Service Years for the post is in compliance with the Department of Personnel and Training Guideline and shall remain with reference to 01.01.2022 and the Minimum Years of Service left before Superannuation(wherever applicable) shall be reckoned from 01.01.2022.
