MPHC Recruitment 2023: The Registrar General, Madhya Pradesh High Court (MPHC), Jabalpur has sought Online Applications from the Candidates Eligible for filling up 04 Posts of Senior Judicial Assistants (SJAs) through Promotion/Elevation in the Gwalior Bench. As per the MPHC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement Notified 04 Vacancies shall be filled up for Promotion/Elevation through the MPHC Departmental Examination-2023 to be held.
As per the MPHC Recruitment 2023 Notification issued, the Last Date for the Candidates to complete the Online Application Process is 6th March 2023 (06.03.2023). The Last Date for the Online Registered Candidates for submission of the Documents in the shape of Hard Copies is 20th March 2023 (20.03.2023).
As has been notified in the MPHC Recruitment 2023 Notification [According to the High Court of Madhya Pradesh Services (Recruitment, General Conditions of Services, Conduct, Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules 2017 “Serial No. (ii) in Column 09 of Simple Serial Number 30 of Schedule 1”. Only those serving as Judicial Assistant Persons/have completed 05 Years’ Service, whose Names are exhibited in the Annexed List are Eligible to apply].
The Office of Registrar (Examinations) shall conduct a Departmental Examination 2023 for Promotion of the Candidates. The Departmental Examination – 2023 consisting of 02 Test Question Papers for Aggregate 100 (50 Marks each) shall be conducted to determine Merit List. The Candidates declared Successful having qualified Both Papers with the Mandatory 25 Marks (50%) in both Papers shall be recommended for Promotion.
Such Candidates shall be advised with Intimation to complete the Subsequent Documentation etc.
According to the MPHC Recruitment 2023 Notification, Post Online Application Process, the Registered Candidates, in order to complete Application Submission Process, should generate a Printout of the Online Application and annex the following:
01) Online Application Printout
02 Latest Color Photograph
03) Salary Slip
04) Credentials MP High Court
Altogether enclosed into Individual Envelope superscripted as “Promotion Departmental Examination 2023 from Judicial Assistant and Junior Judicial Assistant to Senior Judicial Assistant Post” to be dispatched through Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due/Speed Post for the Kind Attention of “The Principal Registrar (Examination) Administrative Building, High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur” Receivable in the “Receipt Section”.
