According to the MPRMRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, there is 01 Vacancy for General Manager Posts under E-8 Grade IDA Pay Scale 1.20-2.80 Lac Per Month to be filled up with Appointment of the Appropriately Suitable Person.

Appointment Tenure: Initially 03 Years and Extendable up to 05-Years.
Based on the MPMRCL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Pay Scale Due to the Appropriately Suitable Candidate appointed as General Manager shall be entitled to the Monthly Salary under the E-8 Grade Pay Scale explained hereunder:
Pay Scale: E-8 (Rs.120000-280000)
As notified in the MPMRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement issued, the Candidates applying under Deputation/Contractual/Re-employment Basis should be aged as hereunder:
I) Deputation Basis: 58/60 Years
II) Contractual Basis: 58 Years
III) Re-employment Basis: 63 Years
The Candidates should have the following Eligibility in accordance with the MPMRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Criteria:
Railway/State Government/Central Government Domain:
Educational Qualification: Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree/Graduate from the Government Accredited University/Institute with Working Experience in the Relevant Service Domain.Metro Rail/Railway PSUs/Other PSUs/Other Reputed Industries:
Educational Qualification: Full-Time M.Com Or Professional Degree (MBA)/Post Graduate Diploma from the in Management (PGDM-Finance) Or Chartered Accountant or ICWA from the Government Accredited University/Institute with Working Experience in the Relevant Service Domain.
Working Experience: Minimum 18 Years with the Prescribed Pay Scale Level explained in the MPMRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.
According to the MPMRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Selection Process for General Manager (HR & Finance) involves Shortlisting Criteria based on the Eligibility Requirement. Only Shortlisted Candidates would be subjected to Online or Offline Mode Interviews. However, MPMRCL Management reserves the Right to conduct a Written Test prior to Interview.
