RVNL Recruitment 2023: The Human Resource Cell, Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has called in Applications through Proper Channel from Experienced Personnel duly Eligible for Appointment on the Manager (Civil) Post on Deputation Basis for posting in Rishikesh through this RVNL Recruitment 2023 Notification.
According to the RVNL Recruitment 2023 Notification Dated 9th March 2023 (09.03.2023) issued in respect of the Post Manager (Civil) on Deputation Basis, there is 01 Vacancy to be filled up under Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance.
According to the RVNL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Last Date for the Eligible Candidates with Willingness to complete the Application Submission Process through a Proper Channel in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma coupled with the Enclosures for submission through E-Mail is 30 Days from issuance of the RVNL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement. As per the RVNL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Last Date notified therein shall terminate on 30th Date Post RVNL Recruitment 2023 Notification Dated 9th March 2023 (09.03.2023) issued for the purpose.
Note: Preference for Appointment on the Manager (Civil) Post on a Deputation Basis shall be given to the Candidates having Prior Working Experience in Construction Organization.
The Willing Candidates with Eligibility should transmit through E-mail their respective Applications in the Scanned Form with the documents notified in the RVNL Recruitment 2023 Notification.

Age Limit: Below 56 Years
According to the RVNL Recruitment 2023 Notification issued, Prescribed Minimum Eligibility for Manager (Civil) Post mandates for the Applicants as explained hereunder:
Minimum Eligibility: For Manager (Civil): {Level-07(CDA)/IDA E-2 (Rs.50000-160000)}:
i) Central Government/State Government Employees working in Analogous grade (Level-08) in the relevant discipline; Or
ii) Holding substantive Posts in Level-07 in the relevant discipline.
iii) Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) Employees working in Analogous Grade IDA E-2 (Rs.50000-160000) in relevant Discipline; Or
iv) Posts carrying Grade IDA E-1 (Rs. 40000-140000) for 04 (Four) Years.
The Post-Eligible Suitable Candidates will be shortlisted prior to being called in for Viva-voce/Personal Interaction/Interview.
Selection on to Manager (Civil) Post shall be carried out through Viva-voce/Personal Interaction/Interview. Post-Selection the Candidate would be issued an Appointment by Deputation for Posting in Rishikesh.

Based on the RVNL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Eligible Candidate’s Application Submission involves the Process as explained hereunder:
The Concerned Controlling Officer/Zonal Railways, etc. may forward Only Eligible Candidates’ duly completed Applications accompanying Vigilance/Discipline and Appeal Rules (D&ARs) Clearance and Previous 05-Years’ Annual Confidential Reports/Performance Appraisal Reports (ACRs /APARs) Grading to the Corporate Officer/Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd, New Delhi within 15 Days of the Closing Date.
The Willing Eligible Candidate must also email an Advance Scanned Copy of the Duly filled-in and signed Specimen Application Proforma.
