As per the official notification of MPMRCL Recruitment 2023, there are 07 vacancies for the post of General Manager, Additional General Manager, Joint General Manager, Senior Deputy General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Manager and Assistant Manager.

Qualification for MPMRCL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of MPMRCL Recruitment 2023, the required qualification is given below-

For General Manager-

• B. E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a Govt. recognized university/institute.

Experience-

• The candidate should have experience in planning, execution and monitoring of Metro/Railway Projects. He should be conversant with the preparation of estimates /DPR/survey of new corridors etc. of Metro/Railway Projects, Procedures for obtaining approval of Statutory Authorities viz CMRS/RDSO and Ministry of Railway etc.
• The candidates having knowledge and working experience in the Design of Bridges/Viaduct (Concrete/ steel/ pre-stressed bridges including their substructures for Railways/ Metros/ Highways), Station Buildings/ Building Complexes for Railway/ Metro Stations, etc. shall be given additional weightage.

For Deputy General Manager-

• B.E./ B.Tech. in Planning/Civil/Architecture or Equivalent from a Govt. recognized university/institute.

Experience-

• The candidates should have knowledge and working experience in planning infrastructure projects. Candidate should be well versed with relevant software used for planning.
• Preference shall be given for experience in the Modern Urban MRTS Rail System project.

For Sr. Deputy General Manager-

• Engineering graduate in Architecture Engineering or equivalent from a Govt. recognized university/ institute.

Preferable:

• PG Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or related to Metro Rail.
• Must be registered with the Council of Architecture.

Experience-

• The candidates should have the knowledge and working experience in handling Architectural projects with proficiency in ACAD, 3D, BIM, development norms, Transit Oriented Development, Building Information Modeling, Green Building Design and Building Bye-laws.
• Work experience with Metro Rail Projects will be preferred.
• He/She shall be a part of the commissioning of one Metro project/station.

Tenure for MPMRCL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of MPMRCL Recruitment 2023, the appointment is based on a Deputation/Contract/Re-employment.

• For appointment on a Deputation basis, the initial tenure will be for 3 years extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of superannuation whichever is earlier.
• For appointment on a Contract basis, the initial tenure will be for 3 years extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of 60 years whichever is earlier.
• For appointment on a Re-employment basis, the initial tenure will be for 1 year extendable up to 5 years or up to the age of 65 years whichever is earlier, on a yearly basis.
