MPPSC Recruitment 2022: Pay Scale Rs.141800, Check Post, Eligibility and How to Apply

MPPSC Recruitment 2022: Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has invited Applications from the Candidates meeting the Eligibility Essential in reference to Recruitment in the Post Registrar under the Department of Higher Education (DHE), Madhya Pradesh.

Among the Eligible Candidates, those who deem to have fulfilled the Eligibility Criteria in respect of the Registrar Post and are willing to apply for the same may proceed with Online Recruitment Application Process following the Instructions.

There are 04 Vacancies including 02 Posts earmarked for the General Merit Candidates. 17th December 2022 (17.12.2022) is the Crucial Date for Candidates’ Online Applications with Testimonials in PDF Format with Payment of the Application Fee, etc.

Modality of Application: 28th December 2022 (28.12.2022) is the Last Date for the Candidates’ duly completed Applications with the Mandatory Documents enclosed in Sealed Envelopes superscripted as “Application for the Post Registrar in Department of Higher Education”, Madhya Pradesh.

The Candidates’ Online Application Registration should concur with Payment of the Application Fee and uploading of all the essential Testimonials including Scanned Signatures, Photographs, with the Matriculation Certificate or Marks-Statement (indicating the Applicant’s Authenticated Birth-Date), all other Qualifications, Experience related Documents, as well mentioned in MP Public Service Commission notified Recruitment of Registrar 2022.

Selection Process: Selection in case of Applications received Lesser than 500 Nos. for the Post Registrar shall be conducted through a Personal Interview.  Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission has stipulated Aggregate 100 Marks for the Personal Interview. The Category-specific Candidates securing the Minimum Qualifying Marks in the Personal Interview and subject to in toto satisfying the Eligibility to the Utmost Satisfaction of MP Public Service Commission will be placed on the Final Selection List. General Merit Candidates and those belonging to the Economically Weaker Section shall need to secure 41% Marks out of 100 Marks in the Personal Interview. Reserved Community Candidates shall have to obtain Minimum Qualifying 31% Marks in the Personal Interview for the Selection Process.

Note: MP Public Service Commission, depending on the Online Applications received in a relatively larger number from the Candidates, any Imminent Necessity arisen out may also conduct a Written Examination as well prior to shortlisting the Candidates for Personal Interviews. The Candidates must take note that in case of an OMR Answer Based Written Examination, the Minimum Qualifying Marks already mentioned in the MPPSC Recruitment 2022 in reference to Registrar Post.

Age Limit (As On 01.01.2023): Un-Reserved Category Candidate should be Minimum 32 Years and must not exceed 45 Years. Relaxation in Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates as per the Government Rules also mentioned in the MPPSC issued Recruitment Advertisement.

Superannuation Age: 62 Years

Educational Qualification (As on 17.12.2022): The Candidate should have in possession a Post Graduate in any discipline with Minimum 55% Marks from any University or Post-Graduation with Equivalent Grade Point Scale from the Institution duly recognized by the Government of India; Or

Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 10 Years’ Experience in Administrative Functions in Government Departments/Institutions or Government Universities 2nd Class Officer with Teaching Experience.
