The officers of the Central Government State Government or Union Territories who are holding analogous posts on a regular basis or one rank up if, HCs (pay scale PB-1 with GP 2400 pre-revised) with 5 years of regular services in the grade, are eligible for deputation/absorption to NIA.
The candidate must possess a graduation degree from a recognized university.
The candidate must have a minimum of 02 years of experience in the field of investigation of criminal cases, or intelligence work or operations, or information technology management.
As per National Investigation Agency Recruitment 2023 official notification, the salary for the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector in NIA on a deputation basis is based on the Pay Matrix Level-5 as per the 7th Central Pay Commission. The pay scale for this post ranges from Rs.29,200/- to Rs.92,300/-.
Additionally, the selected candidates will be eligible for other allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TPT), and other allowances as per the Central Government’s orders from time to time.
