• Nature of Employment: Regular
• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost & Management Accounting (CMA) or MBA/ Post Graduation Diploma with specialization in Finance or its equivalent
• Experience: Total 03 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in Corporate Accounts, Preparation of Financial Statements, Direct & Indirect Taxation, and Payroll Management.

Eligibility Criteria for Sr. Associate Lead (Strategy) Post:

• Name of the Post/ Pay Scale/ Level: Sr. Associate Lead (Strategy), Rs. 60000-180000 (E3)
• No of Vacancy: 01 (One)
• Nature of Employment: Deputation
• Maximum Age* (years): 40 Years
• Service Officers belonging to organized Group ‘A’ Services.
• Current Working Level: Working in CDA Pay Matrix Rs. 67700-208700 (L-11)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 03 years of experience in Group ‘A’ Service
  • Research and study of transport portfolio, institutional setups, policy formulation, implementation strategies and frameworks, transport infrastructure, and related business analytics and modeling.
  • Transport planning, transport modeling, strategic documentation/presentations, and proposal formulation for business development.
  • Transport asset management, transport governance, financing options, sustainability, tariff policies, new technologies in the transport sector, multimodal transport infrastructure, impact evaluation, management and delivery of infrastructure, etc., and preparation of policy advocacy documents / white papers.
  • Experience in the field of the rail transport sector or having experience working on projects funded by multilateral/bilateral agencies or working with multilateral/bilateral funding agencies or International Organizations will be preferred.

Selection Process for NCRTC Recruitment 2023:

As per NCRTC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the mode of selection for the posts will include a Written Test/Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by an Interview. The weightage for the Written Test/CBT and Interview will be 80:20.

The Written Test/CBT will be of Objective Type/Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and will consist of 100 questions, each of one mark. The time duration of the exam will be 2 hours. The question paper will consist of three sections:

1. Reasoning – 20 marks
2. General Knowledge/Current Affairs – 20 marks
3. Subject knowledge (Theoretical/Practical) – 60 marks

Candidates will be informed about the details of the written examination in advance. They will have to make their own arrangements for travel and stay.
