NEEPCO Recruitment 2023: NEEPCO is looking for experienced professionals in the area of Medical/Security/Safety, on a Fixed Term Basis for up to four years. The selection process for these positions will consist of the scrutiny of applications and a personal interview of shortlisted candidates, as decided by the management. As per NEEPCO Recruitment 2023 official notification, the call letters for the interview will be sent through email or post, and the company reserves the right to fix the eligibility criteria, limit the number of applications to be called for a particular post, and decide on the mode of screening or selection. The offer of engagement will be issued to the suitable candidates based on their performance in the interview and their position in the order of merit.
As per NEEPCO Recruitment 2023 official notification, interested and eligible candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred), while no application fee is required for SC, ST, PwD, and female candidates. Executive-Medical: To be eligible for this position, candidates must have an MBBS degree with a postgraduate degree/diploma in any area of medical science, registered with the Indian Medical Council. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in a large industry/reputed hospital after completing their internship.
Executive – Security: Candidates must have a graduate degree in any discipline recognized by the Government of India. They should also have a minimum of four years of experience with at least three years of experience in the rank of Captain or DSP or equivalent in Central/State Police organizations with experience in different areas of overall security systems. There are five vacancies in total, out of which four are for UR candidates and one for OBC (NCL) candidates. The maximum age limit for UR candidates is 35 years, while for OBC (NCL) candidates, it is 38 years.
Executive – Safety: Candidates must possess an engineering degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Production with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/institution. They should also have a full-time diploma in Industrial Safety from a Regional Labor Institute/ Institution recognized under the Factories Act/ Rules or an engineering degree in Industrial Safety/ Fire & Safety with at least 60% marks from a university/ institution recognized under the Factories Act/Rules. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of one year of working experience in compliance with safety regulations under the Factories Act, developing, auditing, and improving safety systems. Candidates must also have experience in promoting safety consciousness among employees and examining machinery, equipment, and building from a safety perspective. Experience in organizing safety training and firefighting would be an added advantage. The post-qualification experience in a relevant area shall be counted from the date a candidate has acquired the degree in engineering.

The traveling allowance will be paid to candidates attending the personal interview as per NEEPCO rules.
