ICMR Recruitment 2023: Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of Project Assistant, Project Technician (Laboratory Technician), and Project Technician (Health Assistant). As per the official notification of ICMR recruitment 2023, the total number of vacancies is eight which will be filled purely on a temporary and contract basis for a period upto 31.12.2023. The maximum age limit for Project Assistant and Project Technician (Laboratory Technician) is 30 years, whereas a candidate should not be above 28 years for Project Technician (Health Assistant). The shortlisted applicant would be granted a monthly remuneration from Rs.17,000 to Rs.31,000 depending on the given positions.
As per the official notification of ICMR recruitment 2023, the candidates will be required for the above post through a walk-in-interview selection process. The applicants are instructed to download the application form given on the website of ICMR-NIRTH and ICMR, New Delhi. They are requested to submit a Duly filled application along with copies of certificates at ICMR-NIRTH, Jabalpur (M.P) at the time of Walk-in-interview between 9 AM to 11 AM only. Candidates are required to mention their complete address with Pin Code, Mobile number, and E-mail ID.

For Project Assistant
The candidates must have a graduate degree in Science/relevant subjects from a recognized university with three years of work experience from a recognized Institution or a Master’s degree in relevant subjects.
For Project Technician (Laboratory Technician)
The candidates must have a 12th Pass degree in Science subject and two years diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or one year DMLT plus one year required experience in a recognized organization or two years field/laboratory experience.
For Project Technician (Health Assistant)
The candidates must have a High School or equivalent degree with five years of experience in the Health care field from a Government Institution or recognized Institute or a certificate of one-year training in the relevant area. Intermediate with science subject and B.Sc. shall be treated as equivalent to 2 and 3 years experience respectively.
As per the official notification of ICMR recruitment 2023, the upper age limit for Project Assistant and Project Technician (Laboratory Technician) is 30 years, whereas a candidate should not be above 28 years for Project Technician (Health Assistant).
