Qualification for NHM Recruitment 2023 are given below.
1. Programme Manager: Post Graduate in Commerce.
2. Child Health Advisor-State Programme Manager: MBBS with MD Pediatrics / DCH /MD Community Medicine.
3. Hardware/ Network Engineer: B.E in CSE/IT or ECE
4. Programmer: B.E/B. Tech in CSE/ ISE/IT or M.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA.
5. State Leprosy Consultant (SLC): MBBS, MD (Community Medicine)/MPH.
6. State Programme Coordinator: M.B.B.S/BDS from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
7. Consultant (H and P): MBBS with MD (Community Medicine/MPH/ DPH from a recognized university/ Institution.
8. MIS Data Manager: BCA/ MCA/ Master in population studies/Master’s degree in Demography /Statistics/Mathematics.
9. Consultant Mental Health: BCA/MCA/Master in population studies/Master’s degree in Demography /Statistics/Mathematics.
10. Consultant Social Development/ PPP: MBBS+MD Degree in Psychiatry/DPM in Psychiatry or DNB in Psychiatry or MD in Community Medicine.
11. TB HIV Co-Ordinator: Post-Graduate in Anthropology/ Sociology/ Social Work/ Mass Communication preferably with Ph.D. and exposure to development work and advocacy and demonstrated understanding of behavior change communication and research.

Salaries for NHM Recruitment 2023 are given below.
1. Programme Manager: Rs.35000 pm
2. Child Health Advisor-State Programme Manager: Rs.80000 pm
3. Hardware/ Network Engineer: Rs.29000 pm
4. Programmer: Rs.29000 pm
5. State Leprosy Consultant (SLC): Rs. 80,000 pm (MBBS with MD).
6. State Programme Coordinator: Rs.45000 pm
7. Consultant (H and P): Rs. 80000 pm (MBBS with MD)
8. MIS Data Manager: Rs. 30000 pm
9. Consultant Mental Health: Rs. 80000 pm
10. Consultant Social Development/ PPP: Rs.38500 pm.
