NHSRCL Recruitment 2023: National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL), Ministry of Railways, (Government of India), New Delhi, has invited Applications through ‘Proper Channel’ in respect of the Officers with the Prescribed Eligibility for Appointment on General Manager (Electrical) ()]E8 Level) on a Regular/Contractual Basis in New Delhi Office vide the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice Dated 19.07.2023. According to the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice, there is 01 Vacancy for General Manager (Electrical) (E8 Level) Post to be filled up on a Regular/Contractual Basis. As may be referred to in NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice the Notified Post General Manager (Electrical) (E8 Level) carries a Pay Matrix Level (120000-280000). Based on the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notice, Eligible Candidates may apply well ahead of the Last Date 17.08.2023 notified thereby. An Advance Copy of the Duly completed Applications may be forwarded by E-mail on the Designated E-mail Id.
Based on the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, the Notified Post General Manager shall be filled up by Absorption/Deputation Process with 05 Years’ Engagement Tenure with the Appointment Terms. The NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification mandates the Cadre Controlling Authority/ies Concerned to complete submission through E-Mail of the duly completed Applications Minimum 07 Days Prior to the Last Date of the Application according to the Instructions explained therein. As mentioned in the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, the Last Date for receipt of duly completed Applications in respect of the Voluntary Eligible Officer is 17.08.2023.
As per the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, 01 Vacancy notified therein is to be filled up by Absorption/Deputation in the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE):

Based on the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Officer to be issued Appointment as General Manager (Electrical) (E-8 Level) shall be entitled to the Pay Scale explained hereunder:
Pay Scale:E-8 Level (120000 – 280000)
Based on the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Age Limit in respect of the Eligible Official for the Post as on the Closing Date is as follows:
Age Limit: Not to exceed/more than 50 Years
Service: The Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE)
Eligibility Criteria For Absorption: For General Manager (Electrical) Post when operated in E8 Level
i) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Electrical Engineering from Duly Recognized University.
ii) Minimum 22 Years’ Post Qualification Working Experience (out of which Minimum 17 Years’ Executive Experience) in Over-Head Equipment (OHE) /Traction Power Supply Works in Metro Railways/Other Railways, Tendering and Management of Contracts; And
iii) Working in Analogous Grade (E-8) IDA; Or
Working in Rs. 100000-260000 (IDA E-7) Equivalent to Rs. 43200-66000 (Pre-Revised) for Minimum 02 Years.
iv) Familiarity with the FIDIC Conditions of Contracts is desirable.
Eligibility Criteria for Deputationist Post:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Engg/B.Tech) in Electrical
For General Manager (Electrical) Post when operated in E8
i) Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE)
ii) Working in Level 14 (Non-Functional Senior Administrative Grade / Senior Administrative Grade), Grade Pay 10000 (Pre-Revised) with Minimum 18 Years’ Group ‘A’ Service.
iii) Familiarity with the FIDIC Conditions of Contracts is desirable.
iv) Deputation shall be for 5 Years’ Duration, subject to Exemption from the Rule of Immediate Absorption beyond 31.12.2023.
According to the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Selection on to the Notified General Manager (Electrical) Post shall be carried through by Deputation involving a Viva-voce/Personal Interview.
Appropriately Suitable Candidates selected as General Manager (Electrical) Post-Selection would be issued Appointments for Maximum 05 Years subject to Exemption by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) from the Rule of Immediate Absorption].
According to the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, all Zonal Railways should forward via E-Mail the Names of Eligible Officers with Interest should complete the Application submission related Formalities annexed with Mandatory Documents within 30 Days after issuance of the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification. As has been notified by the NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, duly completed Applications of the Eligible Officers with Interest in General Manager (Electrical) (E-8 Level) should be submitted through Proper Channel.
For Absorbees:
The Candidates applying for Absorption should submit their Respective Applications to General Manager (HR) as per the Application Form attached as Annexure-I.
The Envelope containing the Application should be superscripted “Application for the Post General Manager (Electrical)”. The Application should be addressed to General Manager (HR), National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited, Asia Bhawan, Road-205, Sector-9 Dwarka, New Delhi-110 077.
For Deputationist Post:
Duly Completed Application of the Eligible Candidate should be submitted through Proper Channel in the Prescribed Specimen Proforma (Annexure-II). According to the Latest Instruction of the Railway Board vide its Letter Dated 08.02.2023, All Zonal Railways/ Public Units should forward the Candidate’s Application annexed with the following Testimonials:
I) Vigilance / Discipline and Appeal Rules (D&AR) Penalties Clearance and II) Previous 05 Years’ Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) of the Officer to the Ministry well in advance, i.e., Minimum 07 Days Prior to the Last Date of the NHSRCL Vacancy Notice. An Advance Copy of the Duly filled in and signed Application may also be sent by the Willing and Eligible Candidate should forward it through E-Mail in a PDF File to [email protected]. However, only those Applications, which are duly forwarded by the Railway Board to NHSRCL will be acknowledged.
Duly completed Applications may be emailed on the Designated E-Mail Idy; i.e., [email protected] latest up to 17.08.2023 (18:00 Hours).
