Age Limit for NTRO Recruitment 2023:

The Eligible Personnel should not exceed 56 Years. Hence, the Maximum 56 Years as on the Closing Date of the receipt of Applications from the Candidates. Refer the NTRO Recruitment 2023 Notification.

Eligibility Criteria for NTRO Recruitment 2023:

Eligible Personnel should meet the following Criteria to be considered for the Selection Process:

1) Personnel of the Central Government/Defence Services should be

a) holding Analogous posts on Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre or department; and

2) Possessing the following Essential Educational Qualifications and experience:

a) 10th Pass from any of the Government of India accredited Boards;

b) Possession of a Valid Driving License for Heavy Motor Vehicle/Light Motor Vehicle;

c) Knowledge of Motor Mechanism.

Selection Criteria for NTRO Recruitment 2023:

The Selection (in respect of the Ex-Service-Man: Deputation/Re-Employment) Armed Force personnel set to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of One-Year with the requisite Experience and Qualifications prescribed shall also be considered for Selection on the Motor Transport Assistant Post as per the NTRO Recruitment 2023 Advertisement issued.

Selection on Motor Transport Assistant Post shall be carried out through a Written Test and Practical Driving/Skill Test.

Mandatory Documents for submission for NTRO Recruitment 2023:

Candidate’s Duly completed Application should be annexed with the following Self-attested Documents enclosed in a Cover superscripted “Application for the Post Motor Transport Post” in NTRO, New Delhi

i) Valid Driving License for Heavy or Light Motor Vehicles.

ii) For Retired Defence Services Personnel: Copy of Discharge Book/Certificate (all pages to be completed).

iii) For serving Defence Services personnel – they are required to submit the certificate in
the enclosed format (Appendix- A)

The Intending Eligible Candidates should visit the NTRO’s  Official Website to download the Prescribed Annexures to be filled up for submission along with their respective Applications.

The Duly filled up and completed Applications of the Eligible Personnel in the prescribed Specimen Application Proforma (Annexure-l) with Certification by the Employer/Cadre Controlling Authority (Annexure-ll) should be forwarded through Proper Channel with the attested Photostats of the Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs)/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) for the Last 05 Years ensuring receipt within 30 Days from publishing of the NTRO Recruitment 2023 advertisement in the Employment News.
