OHPCL Recruitment 2023: Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Limited (OHPCL), Bhubaneswar has sought Online Applications from Experienced Candidates Eligible with Competency for filling up the Post Director (Commercial) in GRIDCO Limited by through OHPCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 16.03.2023 released on 18th March 2023.

According to the OHPCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, there is 01 Vacancy to be filled up under Initial Pay Pay Rs. 181600 in Matrix Level 17. As per the OHPCL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, Willing and Eligible Candidates should apply through a Proper Channel in the Prescribed Application Proforma.

Monthly Salary under OHPCL Recruitment 2023:

Based on the OHPCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Monthly Salary accruing to the Selected Officer as Director (Commercial) shall be as follows:

Pay Matrix: Level 17 (Rs.181600) Initial Pay under the ORSP Rules 2017 with other Perquisites.

The Pay Protection will be allowed in respect of the Officers having worked under the Central Government/State Governments/CPSEs/State Public Sector Undertakings or any other Government Organization limited to Applicable Pay Scale.

Maximum Age Limits under OHPCL Recruitment 2023:

As per the OHPCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Maximum Age Limits shall remain as hereunder:

Minimum 45 Years and a) Maximum 57 for External Candidates and b) 58 Years for Internal Candidates.

Eligibility for OHPCL Recruitment 2023:

As has been notified in the OHPCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Applicant should have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any Accredited University.

Note*: Preference shall be attached to the Candidates having in possession a Degree in Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)/MBA/CA/Bachelor of Legal Laws/Magister de Legal Laws or Equivalent with Good Academic Records.

Experience:

For Internal Candidates: I) 20-Years in Relevant Functional Areas out of which Minimum 02-Years in any Senior Level Position (General Manager and Higher); Or

II) Having drawn a Pay in the Scale of Rs.123100-215900 in Pay Level-EE-5 Level or Higher.

For Other (External) Candidates: I) 20-Years in Relevant Functional Areas out of which Minimum 02-Years in any Senior Level Position (General Manager and Higher); Or

II) Having drawn a Pay in the Scale of Rs.123100-215900 in 15 Level Or Higher.

The Private Sector Candidates having served therein must satisfy the following Criteria:

a) Annual Turnover of the Private Sector Company should exceed Rs.500 over last 03 Years;

b) The Candidate must have worked at any Senior Management Level Equivalent to General Manager for Minimum 03 Years.

c) The Private Sector Company must be listed on the Stock Exchange.

Selection Process under the OHPCL Recruitment 2023:

Selection on the Full-Time Contractual Basis shall be carried through by Interview. The Selected Candidate’s Engagement Tenure shall span 05 Years up to attaining 60 Years, whichever being Earlier.

An Extension of the Engagement Term may be allowed in respect of the Incumbent who is beyond 60 Years in Exceptional Cases, but in any case not to exceed 63 Years subject to Assessment of Performance by the Public Enterprise Selection Board The Maximum Extension Terms shall not be beyond 02 Terms.

In case any Internal Candidate was selected for the Director (Commercial) Post, then He/She should tender Resignation/take VRS from the Services and join as Director (Commercial) on the Contractual Appointment.
