The Ministry of Finance has issued an update that Over 17.85 Lac Director KYC Forms filed till 27th Sep 2023.
Stakeholders are informed that over 17.85 lac Director KYC Forms have been filed till 27th Sept 2023, which is more than the corresponding period of the last year. Stakeholders are requested to complete their filings at the earliest and not wait till 30th September.
Any person who has been assigned a DIN and whose DIN status is 'Approved' is required to file form DIR-3 KYC. As a result, disqualified directors must also submit form DIR-3 KYC.
