Pidilite Receives Rs. 2.1 Crore GST Penalty Order from Central GST Goa
Pidilite Industries Limited has sent a regulatory filing on November 10, 2025 to BSE Ltd and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd related to the disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company said that on October 31, 2025, they received an official order by email from the Joint Commissioner of Central GST in Goa. The order imposed a penalty of Rs. 21,040,494 under the rules of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act.
However, the order can be appealed and the company is now examining the order and deciding what to do next. It will consider whether to appeal to a higher authority as allowed by law.
Company further added that this order does not affect the company’s finances, operations, or day-to-day activities in any major way. After carefully checking all the details, the company is sharing this update as soon as possible.
