PNC Infratech Wins Settlement Deal

PNC Infratech Limited has informed the stock exchanges that it has signed a settlement agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) under the Government of India’s “Vivad se Vishwas III” scheme for a road project called the Agra Bypass Project.
Under this agreement, a long-standing contractual dispute has been resolved, and NHAI will pay the company about Rs. 234.99 crore as a one-time settlement amount.
The company has said this will have a positive financial impact and has shared the required details with the stock exchanges as per SEBI rules.
