Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with 02-Years’ MBA (Marketing) OR 02-Years’ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/02-Years’ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with Specialization in Marketing from any of the Government Accredited Universities/Institutes in the country.
Mandatory Experience: Minimum 10 Years’ Post-Qualifcation Work Experience in the Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI).
02: Chief Digital Officer:
The Candidates should have in gained
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from any of the Government Accredited University/Institute in the country.
Mandatory Experience: Minimum 15 Years’ Post-Qualification Work Experience in the Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) out of which Minimum 02-Years’ Experience holding the Rank of Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager/General Manager/Equivalent Rank.
PSB Rectt 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The Selection Criteria in accordance with Punjab & Sind Bank Recruitment 2023 Notification involves Shortlisting and Interview. Suitable Candidates shall be shortlisted based on the Individuals’ Details and Eligibility subject to the Educational Qualification, Experience, etc. The Interview involved for selection of Appropriately Suitable Candidates carries Maximum 100 Marks. The Minimum Qualifying Marks mandated are 50% for the Candidates for both Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Digital Officer Posts.
Engagement Tenure: Post Selection the Candidates shall be issued Appointment initially for 03 Years. Subsequently subject to review of the Incumbents’ Performance and depending upon the Punjab & Sind Bank Necessity, the Contractual Period may be extended by another 02 Years.
