RBI cancels Certificate of Registration of Four NBFCs The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has notified the cancellation of the Certificate of Registration of Four NBFCs. RBI in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration of the following companies. The names of the Companies whose Certificate of Registration is cancelled are Nimisha Finance India Private Limited, R.M.B. Finance Company Limited, Suyash Finovest Pvt Ltd and Kamdhar Leasing and Finance Limited. As a result, the companies listed above may not conduct business as a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as specified in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
