RCFL Recruitment 2023: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL), a premier profit-making Central Public Sector Undertaking and a Government of India undertaking, is one of the leading fertilizer and chemical manufacturing companies in India. The company has a Mini-Ratna status and operates two manufacturing units, one in Trombay, Mumbai, and the other in Thal, Raigad district, about 100 KMs from Mumbai. RCF is inviting applications for the engagement of 70 Graduate Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961, as amended from time to time, for training at Trombay, Mumbai. RCF Recruitment 2023 official notification, the training period will be for 12 months, and the company will not be liable to provide regular employment to apprentices. The stipend will be Rs. 9000 per month, and medical facilities on an OPD basis will be provided to the trainees for themselves only. RCF will not provide any assistance towards transportation from any point.
As per RCFL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the eligibility criteria for the apprenticeship include having a recognized university/institute qualification as a regular full-time course, not being less than 18 years of age as of 01.03.2023, having a passing certificate and final year mark sheet of the required qualification as of 01.01.2021, and the date of passing of the final qualifying examination for Apprenticeship should be greater than or equal to 01.01.2021. The company has also provided concessions and relaxations for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC(Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS categories and PWBD candidates. The selection of candidates will be based on a merit list drawn in the order of the percentage secured by the applicant in the prescribed essential educational qualification, followed by document verification and enrollment on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal. To be eligible for RCFL Recruitment 2023, the candidate must meet certain criteria. Firstly, the candidate must be at least eighteen years of age as of March 1, 2023. Secondly, the candidate’s prescribed qualification must be obtained from a recognized university or institute as a regular full-time course. Thirdly, candidates who have completed Act Apprentice training or have work experience for one year or more are not eligible.
Fourthly, the candidate must have the passing certificate and final year mark sheet of the required qualification as of January 1, 2021. Finally, the date of passing the final qualifying examination for the Apprenticeship, according to the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement, must be equal to or greater than January 1, 2021. Meeting these eligibility criteria is essential for a candidate to apply for the job and be considered for the position.
The stipend is an important aspect of apprenticeships and it is governed by the notification dated 25.09.2019 of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. The candidate shall intimate via email to RCFL within 7 days after receipt of the enrollment number from the NATS portal.
The waitlist of candidates will be prepared and operated as and when required. In the case of candidates securing equal marks in the merit list, the candidate with higher qualifications or more marks in the preceding educational qualification will be given a higher position in the merit list. After successful Contract Approval of Apprenticeship on the NATS portal only, they will be appointed as Apprentice Trainee. It is essential to note that Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited will not provide any other benefits, facilities, or allowances apart from the consolidated stipend.
