RITES Recruitment 2023: Rail India Technical and Economic Service (RITES) Limited has invited Applications from Industrious Dynamic Candidates for Contractual Posts including Chief Accounts Officer, RE/ARE, Supervisors, Architects, Assistants, Real Estate Experts and other Posts. There are 49 Vacancies to be filled by appointment in the Posts notified vide RITES Recruitment 2023.
Among the Eligible Candidates, those who have fulfilled the Eligibility specific to the Posts may apply Online as per the instructions specified in the RITES Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.

i) The Un-Reserved Category Candidates (as on 01.12.2022) should not exceed (Maximum) 40 Years.

Post: Chief Account Officer:
Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any duly accredited University;
Post Qualification Experience: Post-related Minimum 12 Years’ Experience.
Post: Geologist:
Educational Qualification: MSc in Geology from any duly accredited Institution or Equivalent with
Post-Qualification Experience:
i) 10 Years’ Experience for Post-Graduate in the relevant Field.
ii) 07 Years in Geology.
Post: Safety and Health Expert:
i) Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering/Graduate in any stream from any accredited recognized Institution.
ii) Certification Course on Safety for Infrastructure/Construction Projects
Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 07 Years’ Experience out of which 04 Years’ Experience in the Post-related field.
Post: ARE-Planning & Contract/Civil/Electricals/Drawing and Design (Elect) Engineer
Educational Qualification: 07/10 Years’ Experience for Degree/ Diploma- holders
Post-Qualification Experience: 04/06 Years’ Experience in the Post relevant fields.
Post: Supervisor: Diploma/Degree in the relevant discipline
Post Qualification Experience:
i) Minimum 04 Years’ Experience for Degree Holders and 07 Years for Diploma-Holders.
ii) Post-related Minimum 2/4 Years’ Experience.
Post: Assistant Environment Expert: Diploma/Degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering
Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 07 Years’ Experience out of which 04 Years’ Experience in the Post-related field.
Post: Assistant R&R/Social Expert
Educational Qualification: Graduate Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or other related fields from any duly accredited Institution or Equivalent.
Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 07 Years’ Experience out of which 04 Years’ Experience in the Post-related field.
Post: Architect:
Educational Qualification: Degree in Architecture or its equivalent from recognized institution having valid registration with Council of Architecture, India.
i) Minimum 10 Years’ Experience for Degree Holders and 08 Years for Diploma-Holders.
ii) Post-related Minimum 7/5 Years’ Experience
Post: Real Estate Expert:
i) Minimum 10 Years’ Experience for Degree Holders and 08 Years for Diploma-Holders.
ii) Post-related Minimum 7/5 Years’ Experience.
Selection Process for RITES Recruitment 2023:
The Candidates’ Applications shall be screened for Eligibility.
The Candidates would be shortlisted for Selection on the Applied Posts as per RITES Recruitment 2023 Notification.
The Weightage Distribution of various Parameters of the Selection shall be as under:
Experience: 10%
Interview: 90% (Technical & Professional Proficiency (60%; Personality Communication and Competency: 30%)
Totaling 100%
Nature and Period of Engagement:
The Appointment shall be purely on Contractual Basis initially for One Year, which is further extendable until completion of the Assignment subject to Mutual Consent and Satisfactory Performance explained in RITES Recruitment 2023 Notification.
The Candidates selected on the notified Post shall be entitled to the Annual CTC exhibited in the following Table:
The Duly constituted Selection Committee shall host Interviews for the Candidates in respect of the Applied Posts. The Interviews of the Candidates shall be held on 11th January 2023 (11.01.2023) within the RITES Premises as per RITES Recruitment 2023 Notification.

The Last Date for the Candidates to complete the Online Application Process is 4th January 2023 (04.01.2023).
The Walk-in Interviews for the Candidates’ selected for the Applied Posts shall be held on 11th January 2023 (Exact date of interview with other details will be uploaded on RITES website).
The Candidates Eligible as per the Post-specific Qualifications and Post-Qualification Experience should apply Online on RITES Website.
While submitting the Online Application; the System would generate ‘Registration No.’ on top of Online Application Form filled up by the Candidate. Post-Online Registration, the Candidate should note the “Registration No.”, which shall have to be quoted for all further Communications with RITES Ltd.
