RITES Recruitment 2023: RITES Ltd, under the Ministry of Railway, Govt. of India, seeks applications from dynamic and hard-working professionals for the position of Junior Assistant (HR) for the Project Unit, Gurugram. According to the RITES Recruitment 2023 official notification, the requirement of eligible candidates will be made for sixteen (16) vacancies on a contract basis, where 4 posts are reserved for the PwD category and 2 posts are reserved for Ex-Servicemen on a Horizontal basis. Interested applicants should not be above 30 years of age as on 1st August 2023. The remuneration will be granted on the pay scale of (Rs.20,000–66,000) per month. Candidates from government departments/ public sector undertakings are entitled to basic pay protection under the Company’s policy.
According to the RITES Recruitment 2023 official notification, the appointee will be on probation for one year initially. The selected applicants may be sent to any location in India as determined by the Company. Applicants must register on the RITES website by filling out the application details as stated on the “Career” page and submit a printout of self-attested copies in hard copy formats, such as 2 recent passport size colour photographs, high school certificate for proof of date of birth, certificate of academic, detailed CV, pension payment order, service certificate, last pay-slip, pan card, and professional qualification. The closing date for application submission is 04.09.2023. Candidates may be shortlisted for selection based on their performance in the written exam. The candidates will be required to appear in the written test (offline/online). The firm has the right to pick several candidates from a pool of qualified candidates.
