RLDA Recruitment 2022: Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) is a very lean and efficient organization of Indian Railways. Applications are being invited for the various vacant posts from officials of Indian Railways/ Central Govt./State Govt./PSUs/Statutory Authorities/Development Board and other Government/Semi-Government organizations for the New Delhi Station Major Upgradation Project. 1. Joint General Manager (Civil Engineering)/ Deputy General Manager (Civil Engineering)

The Scale of Pay of the Deputation: JGM: Level-13 (7th CPC), DGM: Level-12 (7th CPC)

Number of Posts & Location: 03 at Delhi

Terms of Appointment: Normal Deputation Terms

Tenure of Deputation: 5 years (3 years plus 2 years i.e. 4th and 5th year extendable by VC/RLDA.

Eligibility:

JGM: Working on analogous posts or Group ‘A’ officer working on regular posts in Pay Level 13/ Level 12 of IRSE cadre of Indian Railways or Civil Engineering officers having corresponding grade and 9 years Group ‘A’ service on regular posts in Civil Engineering Cadre Of Central Government/ State Govt./ Indian Railways/ PSUs/ Statutory Authorities.

DGM: Working on analogous posts or a Group A or Group B Gazetted officer working on a regular post in Pay level 12/ level 11 from Civil Engineering Cadre of Indian Railways/Central Govt./ State Govt./ P5Us of Central Govt. /State Govt./PSEs/Statutory Authorities. Having a Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 6 years of service in Group ‘A’/ Group ‘B’ Or a Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 15 years of experience.

Desirable: Previous experience in Planning & execution of Land/ Estate. and Having a Degree In Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 6 years of service ln Group ‘A’/ Group ‘8’ Or Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 15 years of experience.

2. Joint General Manager (Electrical Engineering)/ Deputy General Manager (Electrical Engineering)

The Scale of Pay of the Deputation: JGM: Level-13 (7111 CPC), DGM: Level-12 (7th CPC)

Number of Posts & Location: 01 at Delhi

Tenura of Application: 5 years (3 years+ 2 years i.e. 4th and 5th year extendable by YC/RLDA.)

Eligibility:

JGM: Working on analogous posts or Group ‘A’ officer working on regular posts in Pay Level 13/ Level 12 of IRSEE cadre of Indian Railways or Electrical Engineering officers having corresponding grade and 9 years Group ‘A’ service on regular posts in Electrical Engineering cadre Of Central Government/ State Govt) Indian Railways/ PSUs/ Statutory Authorities.

DGM: Working on analogous posts or a Group A or Group B Gazetted officer working on a regular position in Pay level 12/ level 11 from Electrical Engineering Cadre of Indian Railways/Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSUs of Central Govt. /State Govt./PS Es/Statutory Authorities, having a Degree in Electrical Engineering with 6 years of service In Group ‘A’/ Group ‘B’ Or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 15 years experience.

Desirable: Previous experience of Planning & execution of Land/ Estate.
