RLDA Recruitment 2023: Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority of the Ministry of Railways, is filling up three vacant posts of Joint General Manager (Civil) / Deputy General Manager (Civil), Assistant Manager (Civil) on a Deputation basis. As per the official notice of RLDA Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be recruited for 5 years duration period. The upper age limit of candidates will be determined based on the selection criteria. The shortlisted candidates will be paid on Level-13 (7th CPC), Level-12 (7th CPC), and Level-9 (7th CPC) depending on different post categories as mentioned in the official notice.
As per the official notice of RLDA Recruitment 2023, the candidates who are interested and qualified should submit their applications in the enclosed proforma along with attested copies of their most recent APARS for the last five years to Dy. General Manager (HR), Rail Land Development Authority, Unit No.-702-B, 7th Floor, Konnectus Tower-II, DMRC Building, Ajmeri Gate, Delhi-110002 by 12.07.2023. Applications, including scanned copies of relevant documents, should be sent to [email protected] on or before the deadline. Candidates will be asked for interaction/interview based on document authenticity, which will be the final selection method to fill the open position. There will be no TA/DA for applicants who attend the interview.

For JGM (Civil)
The candidates should be working on analogous posts or Group ‘A’ officers working on regular bases in Pay Level 13/ Level 12 of the IRSE cadre of Indian Railways or Civil engineering officers having corresponding grades and 9 years of Group ‘A’ service on regular posts in Civil Engineering Cadre of Central Government/ State Govt./ Indian Railways.
For DGM (Civil)
The candidates should be working on analogous posts or Group A or Group B Gazetted officers working on regular posts in Level 12/ Level 11 from the Civil Engineering Cadre of Indian Railways/Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSUs/Statutory Authority having a Degree in Civil Engineering with 6 years of service in Group ‘A’/Group ‘B’ or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with 15 years of service.
For Assistant Manager (Civil)
The candidates should be working in the Civil Engineering (Technical) Cadre of Indian Railways/ Central Govt./ State Govt. on the regular post in Pay Level -7 (7 CPC) or its equivalent in PSUs/PSEs/Statutory Authorities having a degree in Civil Engineering with 03 years of service.
