RLDA Recruitment 2023: The Human Resource Cell, Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has called in Applications from Experienced Senior Candidates for Appointment on the Posts of Joint General Manager (JGM)/Deputy General Manager (DGM) on Deputation Basis. As is notified in the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Advertisement issued, there are 02 Vacancies for the Position to be filled up under Pay Scale Level 13/Pay Level 12 (7th CPC). Both notified Posts Joint General Manager/Deputy General Manager (Civil/Electrical Engineering) has been allocated 01 Vacancy each as mentioned in the RLDA Recruitment 2023 (Vacancy Circular) for Nagpur.
Among the Eligible Officers with Willingness for RLDA Jt. General Manager/Dy. General Manager (Civil/Electrical Engineering) must complete the Application Submission Process through Proper Channel via E-Mail Identification. As per the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Last Date notified therein shall terminate on 28th February 2023 (28.02.2023).
The Managerial Candidates with the desirable Experience in Joint General Manager/Deputy General Manager (Electrical Engineering/Civil Engineering) on Deputation are Eligible to apply. Such Candidates shall have a cutting edge to be considered for appointment on the Joint/Deputy General Manager (Civil/Electrical Engineering) Posts notified in Pay Scale Level 13/12 (7th CPC).

The Officer Candidate should be
Joint General Manager (Post): working on Analogous Posts or Group ‘A’ Officer on Regular Post in Pay Level 13/Pay Level 12 of IRSE Cadre of Indian Railways/Civil Engineering Officer holding Corresponding Grade with 09 Years’ Group ‘A’ Service on Regular Basis Posts in Civil Engineering Cadre of Central Government/State Government/Indian Railways/Public Sector Undertakings/Statutory Authorities.
Deputy General Manager (Post): working on Analogous Posts or Group ‘A’ or Group ‘B’ Gazetted Officer working on Regular Post in Pay Level 12/Pay Level 11 from Civil Engineering Cadre of Indian Railways/Central Government/State Government/Public Sector Enterprises/Statutory Authorities with Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture with 06 Years’ Services in Group ‘A’/Group ‘B’ Service on Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 15 Years’ Experience.
Desirable: Experience in Planning and Executive Land Management/Real Estate
Others: The Officers with One Scale higher than Parent Grade up to Pay Scale Level 12 or Deputation Allowance are admissible if posted in a similar Grade.
The Indian Railway Board constituted Screening Authority will shortlist the Candidates to be called in for Viva voce/Personal Interaction/Interview.
Selection on to Joint General Manager/Deputy General Manager Post shall be carried out through Viva-voce/Personal Interaction/Interview. Post-Selection the Candidate would be issued Appointment by Deputation for Posting in Nagpur.
Overall Deputation Term Engagement Tenures in the cases of both Joint General Manager/Deputy General Manager Posts shall remain 05 Years. The Candidate will be initially appointed for 03 Years and subsequent extensions of 01 Year each for 4th and 5th Years.
