RLDA Recruitment 2023: The Human Resource Cell, Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has sought Applications from Senior Experienced Candidates for Appointment on the Post of Chief Project Manager (CPM) on a Deputation Basis. As has been notified in the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Notification, there is 01 Vacancy for CPM Position to be filled up under Pay Scale Level 14 (7th CPC). The Notified Posting for Chief Project Manager in Mumbai is mentioned in the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Vacancy Circular.
Among the Eligible Officers with Willingness for RLDA Chief Project Manager must complete the Application Submission Process through the Proper Channel via E-Mail Identification. According to RLDA Recruitment 2023 Notification the Last Date notified therein shall terminate on 20th February 2023 (20.02.2023).
The IRSE Managerial Candidates having the desirable Experience in Land Management/Real Estate are Eligible to apply, Such Candidates shall have a cutting edge to be considered for appointment as Chief Project Manager on Deputation in Pay Scale Level 14 (7th CPC).
*Recruitment for the Chief Project Manager Post shall be carried out through Personal Interaction/Viva-voce/Personal Interview scheduled for the 20th February 2023 (20.02.2023).

As per the RLDA Recruitment 2023, an Appropriately Suitable Officer to be selected on Chief Project Manager Post will be issued an Appointment in Pay Scale Level 14.
Pay Scale: Level 14
The IRSE Officer Candidate should have rendered/completed 17 Years of service under Group ‘A’ in the Senior Administrative Grade (SAG)/Non-Functional Senior Administrative Grade (NFSAG)/Senior Grade (SG).
Desirable: Experience in Land Management/Real Estate
Others: One Scale higher than Parent Grade for Officers up to Pay Scale Level 13 or Deputation Allowance are admissible if posted in a similar Grade.
The Indian Railways constituted Screening Authority will shortlist the Candidates to be called in for Personal Interaction/Interview. Selection on to Chief Project Manager Post shall be carried through by way of Viva-voce/Personal Interaction/Interview. Post-Selection the Candidate would be issued an Appointment for Absorption in Chief Project Manager Posting for appointment in Mumbai.
Overall Deputation Term Engagement Tenures shall remain for 05 Years. The Candidate will be initially appointed for 03 Years and subsequent extensions of 01 Year each for 4th and 5th Years.
