Appointment nature, Duration: Regular Employment for 05 Years

Pay Scale under Central Coalfields Recruitment 2023:

According to the CCL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Officer appointed as Director (Technical) would be entitled to the Salary under the Pay Scale hereunder:

Pay Scale: Rs.1.60 Lac up to Rs.2.90 Lac Per Month (IDA)

Eligibility for Central Coalfields Recruitment 2023:

The Applicant should fulfill the following Eligibility vide CCL Recruitment 2023 Notification issued

Superannuation Age Limit: 60 Years (As on 01.03.2024, the Date of Vacancy Occurrence)

A) For Internal Candidates: Minimum 40 Years and Maximum 02-Years’ Residual Service.

B) For Other Candidates: Minimum 40 Years and Maximum 03-Years’ Residual Service.

Note: The Minimum Length of Services essential in the Eligible Pay Scale for the Post Director (Technical) is 01 Year in regard to the Internal Personnel and as regards Others (External) is 02 (Two) Years As on 01.03.2024.

Essential Qualifications for CCL Recruitment 2023:

Academic and Professional Education: The Applicant should be a Qualified Mining Engineer and Holder of 1st Class Certificate of Competency (CoC) under the Indian Mines Act 1952.

Professional Experience: The Applicant should have Minimum 05 (Five) Years’ Cumulative Experience/ Exposure during last 10 (Ten) Years in Mining Operations/Mine Planning at any Senior Management Level in any organization of Repute.

Eligibility Terms for CCL Recruitment 2023:

Note 1: Eligible Applicants, who in the event of Selection to the Post of Director (Technical) may be spared for Appointment on to the Post Director (Technical), should apply according to Instructions prescribed in the CCL Recruitment 203 Advertisement.

Note 2: The Applicant on the Date of Application as well as on the Interview Date must remain in employment in a Regular Capacity and not in a Contractual or Ad-hoc Capacity in the Following Concerns:

a) Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) (including a Full-Time Functional Director in the Board of a CPSE);

b) Central Government including the Armed Forces of the Union and All India Services;

c) State Public Sector Enterprise (SPSE) where the Annual Turnover is *Rs 1000 Crore or more;

d) Private Sector in Company where the Annual Turnover is *Rs 1000 Crore or more.

Other Essential Eligibility Conditions for CCL Recruitment 2023

A.1) The Applicant from the Central Government/All India Services should be holding a Post of the Level of a Joint Secretary in the Government of India or be carrying an Equivalent Pay Scale on the Closing Date of Online Application (18.04.2023).

2) The Applicant from the Armed Forces of the Union Government of India should be holding a Post of the Level of Major General in the Army or Equivalent Rank in the Indian Navy/Indian Air Force on the Last Date of Online Application.

B) The Applicant from the State Public Sector Enterprises (SPSE)/Private Sector should be serving in the Board Level Position Or be holding a Minimum Post of the Level immediately down below the Board Level on the Online Application End Date.

Immediate Absorption of the Central Government Officers on the Post Director (Technical) necessitates as the Central Government Officers, including those of the Armed Forces of the Union and the All India Services, are Eligible for consideration only on an Immediate Absorption Basis.

Selection Criteria for Central Coalfields Recruitment 2023:

Selection on to Director (Technical) Post shall be conducted through an Interview.
