RSMSSB Recruitment 2022: Rajasthan Subordinate & Ministerial Services Selection Board (RSMSSB) has invited Applications from the Meritorious Sports-Persons (MSPs) in reference to Recruitment into the Contractual Community Health Officer Post under the National Health Mission, Medical and Health Department (NHM MHD) in compliance with Rajasthan Contractual Recruitment Rules 2022.

Amongst the Meritorious Sports-Person Candidates having fulfilled the Essential Eligibility explained in the RSMSSB issued Recruitment Notification in respect of filling the Contractual Community Health Officers (CHOs) Posts for the Recruitment Year 2022-23 intending to submit their respective Candidatures may apply Online.

RSMSSB Notified Total 3531 (Non-Scheduled Area: 3071 and Scheduled Area: 460) Vacancies are comprise 779 and 161 Posts respectively earmarked for General Merit Candidates and 12.5% Vacancies reserved for Ex-Service Men (ESM) Category included in both Non-Scheduled Area and Scheduled Area.

7th December 2022 (07.12.2022) is the Ending Date for the Candidates’ Online Recruitment Application Process with the Scanned Signatures, Photographs, Academic and Sportsmanship Certificates, and other Documents in a PDF File, etc.

Employment Condition(s): The Candidates selected as Community Health Officers (Contractual Basis) will have to furnish Individual Surety Bond of Rs.5.00 Lac duly executed on a duly Notarized Non-Judicial Stamp Paper for Rs.500.00 expressing therein Individual Commitment to render Services for Minimum 05 Years. Those having been shortlisted to undergo a Bridge Course will also have to furnish Duly Executed Surety Bonds of Rs.75000 on a duly Notarised Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.500.00.

Selection Methodology: The Selection to be carried out through a Direct Recruitment Process necessarily involves Objective-Type Written Examination with Assessment/Evaluation of the Academic Qualifications with the Weightage Marks to be allocated and Due Weightage Marks to be awarded for the Candidates’ Sports Participation and Medal-Based Achievements.

RSMSSB Recruitment Examination Scheme 2022: RSMSSB shall conduct for Community Health Officer (Contractual) Posts a 90 Minutes (1½ Hour) Duration an Objective-Type Written Test with 100 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions comprised for Maximum 400 Marks. Each Correct Response to every Objective-Type MCQ shall be awarded 04 Marks. There shall be Negative Marking of ¼th (0.25), i.e., deduction of 01 Mark for each Incorrect Response/Wrong Answer/Multiple Answers to any Objective Type MCQs.

Educational Qualifications: The Candidate should have in possession

i) Bachelor of Science (Community Health); Or

B.Sc. in Nursing (GNM) Or Bachelor of Science; Or

Ayurveda Practitioner (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery: BAMS) from any duly recognized University.

ii) Registered with Rajasthan Nursing Council (RNC)/Board of Indian Medicine Rajasthan

International Sports Organisation Mandated Individual Sports Representation:

01) The International Olympic Committee (IOC) held (Summer) Olympic Games

02) The Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) organised Asian Games

03) The South Asian Olympic Council (SAOC) organized South Asian Federation (SAF) Games

04) The Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) held Commonwealth Games (CwGs)

05) The International Olympic Committee Affiliated International Sports Federation held World Cup/World Championship

06) The International School Sports Federation (ISSF) held International School Games/Championship

07) The Asian School Sports Federation (ASSF) organized Asian School Games/Championship; Or

08)The Meritorious Sports Persons may have won

i) any Medal in the School Games Federation of India (SGFI) organized School National Games in either Individual or Team Competition; Or

ii) any Medal in the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) or its Affiliated National Sports Federation (NSF) organized National Tournament/ Championship in either Individual or Team Competition; Or

iii) any Medal in the Association of Indian Universities (AIUs) All-India Inter-University (AIIU) organized National Tournament/Championship in either Individual or Team Competition; Or

iv) any Medal representing Rajasthan in the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) Or Para Olympic Committee of India Or its Affiliated National Sports Federation (NSF) organized National Championship/Para National Championship/National Games/National Para Games Tournament/Championship in either Individual or Team Competition;
