RVNL Recruitment 2022: Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), New Delhi, has called in Applications from the Senior Officer Candidates duly meeting Eligibility for the Deputation Posts 01) General Manager/Additional General Manager (HR) and 02) Senior Deputy General Manager/Deputy General Manager (Human Resource). Among the Candidates, those who deem to have met Eligibility for the Posts notified vide RVNL Recruitment 2022 on Deputation Basis and remain Willing to apply, may submit their respective Applications in the prescribed Specimen Application Proforma. Duly completed Applications to be submitted through Proper Channel should be receivable within 30 Days. Experience: Preference for Appointment on the Notified Posts shall be given to Candidates with Experience in Human Resources Management System (HRMS)/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Minimum Eligibility: For General Manager {Level-14 (CDA)/IDA E-8 (Rs.120000 to 280000)}:

i) Posts in Analogous Grade (CDA / IDA); Or
ii) Posts in Level-13 (CDA) with 17 Years’ Service in Group ‘A’; Or
iii) 04-Years’ Posts carrying Grade IDA E-7 (Rs. 100000 to 260000)
For the Post Assistant General Manager: {Level 13-A (CDA)/ E-7 (IDA) Rs. 100000 to 260000}:
Officers of the Personnel/Human Resource Department holding substantively
i) Posts in Analogous Grade (CDA/IDA); Or
ii) Posts in Level-13(CDA) with 12-14 Years’ Service in Group ‘A’; Or
iii) 04-Years’ Posts in IDA E-6 Grade (Rs. 90000 to 240000)
Post: General Manager/Additional General Manager
Experience: Preference for Appointment on the General Manager/Additional General Manager Post shall be given to Candidates with Experience in Human Resources Management System (HRMS)/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
02) Post: Senior Deputy General Manager/Deputy General Manager (HR)
For Senior Deputy General Manager {Level-12(CDA)/IDA E-5 (Rs. 80000 to 220000)}:
Officers of the Personnel/Human Resource Department holding substantively
i) Posts in Analogous Grade (CDA / IDA); Or
ii) Posts in Senior Scale (Level-11) Post; Or
iii) Posts in Grade ‘B’ (Level-10) with 10 Years’ Service in Group ‘B’; Or
iv) 04-Years’ Posts carrying Grade IDA E-4 (Rs. 70000 to 200000)
For Deputy General Manager {Level-11(CDA) / IDA E-4 (Rs. 70000 to Rs.200000)}:
Officers of the Personnel/Human Resource Department holding substantively
i) Posts in Analogous Grade (CDA/IDA); Or
ii) Posts in Level-10/Level-9 (CDA) with 04 Years’ Service in Group ‘B’; Or
iii) 04-Years’ Posts carrying Grade IDA E-3 (Rs. 60000 to 180000)
Selection on the Posts; viz., 01) General Manager/Additional General Manager 02) Post: Senior Deputy General Manager/Deputy General Manager (HR) shall be carried through by way of Viva-voce and Record Verification. The Officers with Experience in Human Resources Management Systems/Enterprise Resource Planning would be accorded Preference for Appointment.
Absorption Tenure: 05 (Five) Years. Subject to the Government of India Exemption given to RVNL from the Rule of Immediate Absorption beyond 31.12.2022 as mentioned in Rail Vikas Nigam Limited Recruitment 2022.
