Sports Authority of India (SAI) is an autonomous organization under the administrative control of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports with its Head office at Jawaharlal Nehru Sports Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003. In an effort for strengthening the sports ecosystem and to bring more laurels to the Olympics, SAI has established 23 National Centers of Excellence (NCOEs). Interested and eligible candidates have to send their duly filled application through mail on or before the last date. No other mode of application will be accepted. Candidates should have Post-Graduation in any Discipline/ BE / B. Tech or 2 years PGDM or MBBS or LLB or CA or ICWA or any Professional Degree after 4 years or more after 10+2.
As per the SAI Recruitment 2023 notification, candidates should have minimum 05 years of experience after acquiring EQ. Candidates having experience in any Government/ Semi Govt./Autonomous/ PSU in a relevant field as mentioned in the Job Description
Candidates applying for the above-mentioned job post should be below the age of 40 years.
The selected candidate for the above-mentioned job post will get a monthly salary of up to 100000. The starting salary will be Rs. 80250.
As per the SAI Recruitment 2023 notification, selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years which can be extended up to 05 years. The contract can be terminated by giving 30 day’s of Notice period by either party.
The selected Candidate has to provide Consultation to Identification of sports talent, training methodology, monitoring and performance measurement systems, requirements of sporting facilities, sports science backup, sports medicine etc. Interact with the athletes and their support team on a regular basis, and prepare a comprehensive database for the athletes. To make a detailed analysis of the Proposal/assistance applied by the athlete. To give a detailed analysis of the athlete’s past performance, and future potential, & make a comparative study/analysis with the performance of sportspersons in other countries & review the performance after every Competition.
