For Manager(Coal,Coke and Chemical)-

• B.E./B.Tech. (Full time) in Chemical Engineering discipline from Govt. a recognized University/ Institute.
• The applicant should have experience in any Public Sector Undertaking/ Government Organisation/ Public Limited Company.
• Post Qualification experience of at least 07 (seven) years in executive cadre (after B.E./B.Tech.) in consultancy/ design & engineering/projects & construction/operation & maintenance in Steel Plant (Blast Furnace – Basic Oxygen Furnace Route)/Coke Plant/Coal Chemical Plant for the following area: By-product recovery type Coke Ovens/Coal Chemical Plant.

For Manager (Civil and Structural)-

• B.E./B.Tech. (Full time) in Civil Engineering discipline from Govt. a recognized University/ Institution.
• The applicant should have experience in any Public Sector Undertaking/ Government Organisation/
  Public Limited Company.
• Post Qualification experience of at least 07 (seven) years in executive cadre (after B.E./B.Tech.) in
  consultancy/design & engineering/projects & construction in any of the following areas in the multidisciplinary project:
  1. Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC)/Steel Structural Design.
  2. Highway and Permanent Way Design.
  3. Water Supply and Sewage Treatment Plant.

For Manager Manager (Process, Control & Automation)-

• B.E./B.Tech. (Full time) in Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Control / Electrical & Electronics Engineering discipline from Govt. a recognized University/ Institution.
• The applicant should have experience in any Public Sector Undertaking/Government Organisation/Public Limited Company.
• Post Qualification experience of at least 07 (seven) years in executive cadre (after B.E./B.Tech.) in consultancy/design & engineering/projects & construction/ operation & maintenance in Steel Plant (Blast Furnace-Basic Oxygen Furnace Route)/Power Plant/Manufacturing Plant/Process Plant for the
  following area:
  1. Instrumentation Process Control & Automation

Salary for SAIL Recruitment 2023:

Selected candidates will get a monthly salary on grade pay E-3 (Rs.80000–3%–220000). In addition to Basic Pay and Industrial DA, they shall also be entitled to get Perquisites under the cafeteria approach, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity as per Gratuity Act, free Medical Treatment for self and family etc., as per rules of the Company. In addition, House Rent Allowance will be paid only where company accommodation is not available.

Application Fee for SAIL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, candidates of UR/OBC/EWS category will have to pay Rs.700 and SC/ST/PWD/ESM candidates will have to pay Rs.200 as an application fee. Candidates must pay the application fees online at SB Collect through Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI. The fee shall not be collected by any other mode. The fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. Application without application/processing fee shall be summarily rejected. Only payment of fee without submission of application within the due date shall not be considered and no refund of fee will be allowed.

Selection Process for SAIL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of a Written Test(Computer Based Test) and an Interview. The date, Time & Venue of the Interview will be intimated to eligible/short-listed candidates through Post/ Email/ SMS and the SAIL website.

Documents Required for SAIL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of SAIL Recruitment 2023, the list of required documents candidates have to send with the application form as mentioned below-

• Date of Birth (Matriculation or equivalent certificate).
• B.E./B. Tech Certificate and Mark sheets for all semesters.
• Caste/Category certificate, if applicable.
• Experience Certificate(s) showing the relevant post-qualification experience of 07 years in the Executive cadre.
