Post Name and Vacancies for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

To fill the positions of Senior Business Analyst and Junior Business Analyst, the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) is currently accepting applications. There are three vacant positions in the recruitment, in line with the official SIDBI Recruitment 2023 notification.

Tenure for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2023, an applicant would be hired for a tenure length of 03 years, with the option to extend for an additional 02 years.

Qualification for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2023, the qualifications required for assigned position is given below.

Senior Business Analyst

• Candidate must have Engineering Graduate/ Post-Graduate in a related field such as Computer Science, IT, Electronics and Communications etc. OR MBA / PGDM OR MSc(Maths / Statistics / IT) OR MCA OR equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
• Candidate must have hands-on experience in data analytics tools like Excel, Python, R, SQL, Power BI etc.
• The following additional qualifications shall be preferred.

1. MBA/PGDM in Finance / IT specialization from an Indian/foreign-recognized university;
2. Professional Certification such as FRM, PRM, CFA.
3. Knowledge of advanced statistical and quantitative modelling skills (linear regression, logistic regression, and other data mining /predictive modelling skills) etc.

Junior Business Analyst

• Aspirants must hold an Engineering Graduate/ Post-Graduate in a related field such as Computer Science, IT, Electronics and Communications etc. OR MBA / PGDM OR MSc(Maths / Statistics / IT) OR MCA OR equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
• Candidate must have hands-on experience in data analytics tools like Excel, Python, R, SQL, Power BI etc.
• The following additional qualifications shall be preferred.

1. MBA/PGDM in Finance / IT specialization from an Indian/foreign-recognized university;

Experience for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the SIDBI  Recruitment 2023 must have the following experience

Senior Business Analyst

• Prior experience of a minimum of 5 years working in the BFSI domain as a business analyst.
• Experience in Risk Management specifically in Credit Risk and rating/monitoring mechanisms in large banks / NBFCs / reputed tier 1 consulting organizations would be preferred.

Junior Business Analyst

• Prior experience of at least 2 years working in the BFSI domain as a business analyst.
• Experience in Risk Management specifically in Credit Risk and rating/monitoring mechanisms in large banks in large banks / NBFCs / reputed tier 1 consulting organizations would be preferred

Age Limit for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

Salary for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2023, the remuneration would be based on market value. This will not be a limiting issue for the right individual and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The same shall not apply to the appropriate candidate.

Selection Procedure for SIDBI Recruitment 2023:

As informed by the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2023, selection would be completed by shortlisting and a personal interview before the Selection Committee on an appropriate day (to be notified in due course).
