SIDBI Recruitment 2023: Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Procurement Expert (PE), Senior Environment and Social Safeguard Expert (Sr.ESSE), Environment and Social Safeguard Expert (ESSE), Lead Technical Expert (LTE), Senior Technical Expert (STE) and Technical Expert (TE). As per the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2023, there are 06 vacancies for the mentioned positions. The initial period of appointment will remain for a period of 12 months and may be extendable further based on the performance of the candidate and the company’s requirements. The maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned position is 45 years. The educational qualification is different for each post (mentioned below in the article). Procurement Expert (PE):
The candidates should be Graduates/ Post-Graduate in Management Studies/ Finance/ Engineering or Procurement Management from a recognized university.
Senior Environment and Social Safeguard Expert (Sr.ESSE):
The candidates should be Postgraduate or equivalent level of education (Environmental management/ Environmental Engineering/ Energy Management/ Social Science/ Sociology/ Development Studies) from a recognized university or Institute.
Environment and Social Safeguard Expert (ESSE):
The candidates should be Postgraduates or equivalent level of education (Environmental management/ Environmental Engineering/ Energy Management/ Social Science/ Sociology/ Development Studies) from a recognized university or Institute.
Lead Technical Expert (LTE):
The candidates should be Graduate and Post-graduate degrees in electrical, energy or mechanical engineering, energy economics, planning, and policy, or business or related engineering fields.
Senior Technical Expert (STE):
The candidates should have Graduation in electrical, energy, mechanical engineering, energy economics, planning, and policy, or business or related engineering fields.
Technical Expert (TE):
The candidates should have Graduation in electrical, energy, mechanical engineering, energy economics, planning, and policy, or business or related engineering fields.
According to the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2023, the experience required for the mentioned positions is different for each post.
Experience Required according to the posts is as mentioned below:
Procurement Expert (PE):
The candidates must have 05 years of hands-on experience in public procurement and administration.
The candidates must have Working knowledge of basic office software packages.
Senior Environment and Social Safeguard Expert (Sr.ESSE):
The candidates must have 08 years of professional experience with at least 4-5 years in the assessment and management of environmental and/or social impacts in a consultancy, industrial, or commercial role.
Environment and Social Safeguard Expert (ESSE):
The candidates must have at least 05 years of professional experience with at least 2-3 years in the assessment and management of environmental and/or social impacts in a consultancy, industrial, or commercial role.
Lead Technical Expert (LTE):
The candidates must have at least 12 years of hands-on and practical experience in designing and delivering energy savings/ energy efficiency projects using energy service performance contracting with ESCOs, in at least two of the following sectors: MSME, industries, municipalities, and buildings sector.
Senior Technical Expert (STE):
The candidates must have at least 10 years of hands-on and practical experience in designing, financing, and/or delivering energy savings performance contracting-based energy efficiency projects in various demand side sub-sectors, working closely with/for utility companies, ESCOs, energy engineering consulting firms, and/or financial institutions.
Technical Expert (TE):
The candidates must have at least 05 years of hands-on and practical experience in designing, financing, and/or delivering energy savings performance contracting-based energy efficiency projects in various demand side sub-sectors, working closely with/for utility companies, ESCOs, energy engineering consulting firms, and/or financial institutions.
