SIHFW Recruitment 2023: The State Institute of Health and Family Welfare (SIHFW), Rajasthan has invited Online Applications from the TSP and Non-TSP Candidates Eligible for Female Health Worker (FHW) Posts with 3736 Vacancies to be filled up through Direct Recruitment by SIHFW Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Advertisement. According to the SIHFW Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notification 3736 Vacancies include as 02) TSP (352 Vacancies) and Non-TSP (3384 Vacancies) should be read in the SIHFW Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 19.05.2023. According to the SIHFW Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement the Female Health Worker Posts will be filled up through a Direct Recruitment Process.
According to the SIHFW Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement Female Health Worker Post will be filled up Region-wise; TSP and Non-TSP. As per the SIHFW Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Online Application Process is in progress from 19.05.2023. The Last Date for Online Registration shall close on 18.06.2023. The SIHFW Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notification has stipulated the Age Limit (As on 01.01.2024) for the General Category Candidates, should be read as mentioned hereunder:
i) The Un-Reserved Category Candidate should be Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 40 Years
ii) Relaxations in Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates to be read in the SIHFW Recruitment 2023.
Based on the SIHFW Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Candidates should have in possession the Eligibility briefly mentioned hereunder
Female Health Worker Post:
Educational Qualification: 10th (Matriculation) Passed with Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) Training/ Female Health Worker Course Passed with Registration in Rajasthan Nursing Council as ‘B’ Grade Nurse.
Professional Qualification: Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) Training Course or Equivalent Qualification from any Institute duly recognized by the State Government.
Desirable: Registered as ‘B’ Grade Nurse in Rajasthan State Nursing Council (RSNC).
Preference: Knowledge of Hindi AND Rajasthan State Culture.
Selection for Female Health Worker Posts for TSP and Non-TSP Regions shall be carried out by aggregating the Marks obtained in the Qualifying Educational Examination (with 70% Weightage) and Professional Examination with (30 Marks Weightage) on the basis of the Professional Working Experience. Final Selection for SIHFW Female Health Worker Post will be on the Merit determined on Combined Marks of Weightage.
