Steel Authority of India (SAIL) is recruiting desirous candidates for the post of Doctors as General Duty Medical Officers (GDMO) and Specialists for Bokaro General Hospital (BGH). There are 10 seats open in the Steel Authority of India Recruitment 2023.

Tenure for Steel Authority of India Recruitment 2023:

The appointment is made for Steel Authority of India Recruitment 2023 on a contract basis and the chosen candidates will be appointed for a period of 01 year or till attaining the age of 70 years whichever is earlier, which can be extended for a period of 01 year at the discretion of the Company. The maximum period of engagement under the same contract would not be more than 3 years.

Age Limit for Steel Authority of India Recruitment 2023:

To Apply for Steel Authority of India Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit does not exceed the age of 69 years. According to this Scheme, a person cannot be hired beyond the age of 70. To carry out their duties, the doctors to be hired need, nevertheless, be medically qualified.

For Specialists (For BGH, B S City)-

• The candidate should have an MBBS degree with a PG Diploma from a University/ Institute recognized by MCI/NBE/NMC or SMC and have a valid practitioner license in the respective speciality and be enrolled in the State Register or National Register (as applicable).
• The candidate should have an MBBS with MS/DNB from a University/ Institute recognized by MCI/NBE/NMC or SMC and have a valid practitioner license in the respective speciality and be enrolled in the State Register or National Register (as applicable).

For GDMO-

• The candidate should have an MBBS degree from a University/ Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India/National Board of Examination/National Medical Commission or State Medical Commission and have a valid practitioner license and be enrolled in the State Register or National Register (as applicable).

Salary for Steel Authority of India Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidates for Steel Authority of India Recruitment 2023 will be paid a monthly compensation up to Rs.160000.

Selection Process for Steel Authority of India Recruitment 2023:

The selection of Steel Authority of India Recruitment 2023 will be determined on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the walk-in interview. There will be no TA/ DA paid for attending the ‘Walk-in-Interview’ / selection process.
