UBS Hiring Graduates for Vendor Risk Associate Post 

Overview:

UBS is hiring an experienced Vendor Risk Associate at their Mumbai location. You will assist in the preparation of monthly scorecard reporting for all high and moderate-risk vendors -Consolidate/organize all relevant data (incidents, news, assessments, issues) related to the vendor (Information comes from various sources and cross function groups).

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Coordinate and gather data from various sources/groups

Track Service Level agreements (SLA) by contract & business and create database of SLA metrics and whether they are met by standards agreed

Retain evidence

Support security audits for all high and moderate-risk vendors

Track all issues/incidents by vendor

Non-financial risk issues by severity

Incidents reported by internal operations or IT and reported by vendor

Periodic management reviews

Business review on vendor progress

Committees (CORC, ERMC, Board)

Contract reviews

Stakeholder meeting

Coordinate meetings and assist in preparation of materials

Audit and exam support

Support Business Continuity Planning

Support cost/vendor expense management

Track expenses incurred/paid by vendor.

Eligibility:

Education – College degree

Experience – Banking industry experience

Written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational, analytic, and organizational skills

Able to produce professional presentations & reports

Able to prioritize and adapt to changing deadlines.
