UIDAI Recruitment 2023: The Office of Director (HR), The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Government of India, New Delhi, vide UIDAI Recruitment Official Vacancy Circular Dated 29.03.2023, had invited Applications from the Officers Eligible for 01 Deputation (Foreign Service Term) Based Appointment on Assistant to Director General (ADG) (Technology) for Posting in Bengaluru Technology Centre (BTC) whereby the Crucial/Last Date was 29.05.2023.  Now as a corollary of Non-Appointment of Suitable Officer as UIDAI Assistant Director General (Technology) for Bengaluru Technology Centre, the Crucial Date has been extended once again.  So, based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice Dated 09.09.2023, the Deadline has been extended to 07.07.2023.

As per the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 2023 Official Vacancy Notice those Willing to apply for Assistant Director General (ADG) for Appointment in Bengaluru Technology Centre of the Unique Identification Authority of India, must complete the Application Submission Process up to 07.07.2023.

The UIDAI Recruitment Official Employment Circular has arisen for 01 Post with Even Vacancy under Pay Matrix Level 12 for Posting on Deputation (Foreign Service Term) Basis for Fixed 05 Years.

According to the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice the Applicants should complete the Application Submission in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma through ‘Proper Channel’  as per the Instructions.  The Cadre Controlling Authority Concerned may forward duly completed Applications of the Willing and Eligible Officers ensuring receipt of the Eligible Officers.

*Note 1: The Central Government Employees completing 05 Years’ Service may also be Eligible to apply for all 04 Posts. The Eligible and Willing Officers should apply with the Photocopies of the Preceding 05-Years’ ACRs/APARs, etc.

Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Officers Post-Appointment on the UIDAI Assistant to Director General (Technology) shall be entitled to the Pay Matrix Level explained hereunder:

The UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Employment Notification mandates the Maximum Age Limit for the Eligible Officer should be aged as on the Closing Date of receipt of the Application.

Age Limit: Below 56 Years

Eligibility Criteria for UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

The UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification mandates the Eligibility including Educational Qualifications, Post-Qualification Experience, etc. specific to the Post, explained hereunder:

Assistant to Director General Post: 

Essential:

A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on Regular basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or

i) With 04 Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 11; Or

The Officers under State Government Department/Union Territory/ Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization holding Regular Post in Corresponding Grades with Requisite and Relevant Experience with Desirable Experience explained against the Post in the Appended Vacancy.

Educational Qualification: 04-Years’ Bachelor’s Degree in in Engineering/Technology Or Post-Graduate/Master’s Degree in Computer Application (MCA) from any Institute Duly Recognized by Government Agencies/Establishments.

Desirable Experience: The Applicant Officer must refer to the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement to check the Post-related Experience.

Selection Procedure under UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

The Selection Process for the Assistant to Director General (Technology) Post involves Viva-voce/Personal Interaction as explained in the UIDAI Recruitment 2023. The Officers shall be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria comprising the Experience.

The Candidates would be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria. Only Shortlisted Candidates shall be called in for Personal Interviews/ Interaction.

The Officers already holding Analogous Posts in the Parent Cadre/Department may be given Preference in Selection.

The Terms of Deputation, including the Pay and Allowances, except Leave, shall be governed by the Provisions laid down in the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) Office Memorandum No. 06/08/2009-Establishment (Pay-II) Dated 17th June 2010 and other Orders/Guidelines issued in this regard from time to time. Leave of the Officer On Deputation shall be regulated by the UIDAI Leave Rule.

Period and other Terms and Conditions of Deputation: The Deputation Period for all 04 notified Posts shall span 05 Years. The Lending Department may relieve any Officer for a Lesser Period according to their own Policy/Rules, which, in any case, should not be lesser than 03-Years.

The General Terms and Conditions of the Officer Services in the UIDAI will be governed as per the Unique Identification Authority of India (Appointment of Officers and Employees) Regulations 2020 and Guidelines of the Central Government in this regard.

How to Apply for UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Eligible Candidates with Interest in the Notified Post, should apply to the UIDAI in the Prescribed Application Proforma (Annexure-I), accompanying the Photocopies of Preceding 05 Years’ Annual Confidential Reports/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports.

The Willing Applicants may submit their respective Applications through Proper Channel up to 07.07.2023.

*Note: The Eligible and Willing Officers should apply with Photocopies of the Preceding 05-Years’ ACRs/APARs.

However, their Applications will be considered only after receiving the same through Proper Channel annexed with Supporting Documents explained in this UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification.
