UIDAI Recruitment 2023: The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Government of India, has invited Applications from the Officers Eligible for Appointments on 01) Deputy Director (Dy Dir),  02) Assistant Accounts Officer (AAO), 03) Assistant Section Officer (ASO) and 04) Accountant (Acctt) Posts On Deputation (Foreign Service Term) Basis notified vide the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement Dated 26.04.2023.  The UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification has occurred with 04 Posts carrying Varying Pay Matrix Levels 01) Deputy Director (Pay Scale Level 11),  02) Assistant Accounts Officer (Pay Scale Level 08), 03) Assistant Section Officer (Pay Scale Level 06) and 04) Accountant (Pay Scale Level 05) with 04 Vacancies to be filled up under Deputation (Foreign Service Term Basis) for Posting in the Regional Office, Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi (NCTD).

Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Last Date for the Eligible Officers may complete the Application Submission Process through “Proper Channel”, are to be read as follows:

The Willing Applicants may submit Advance Applications up to 12.06.2023.

The Cadre Controlling Authorities/Head of Departments should submit the Applications of the Eligible and Willing Candidates whose services may be spared on Deputation immediately on their Selection, accompanying the prescribed Essential Documents ensuring receipt in the UIDAI latest by 27.06.2023.

*Note: The Central Government Employees completing 05 Years’ Service are also Eligible to apply for both Posts. The Eligible and Willing Officers should apply with the Photocopies of the Preceding 05-Years’ ACRs/APARs, etc.

As per the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, there are 04 Posts to be filled up by Deputation (FST) Basis narrated hereunder:

Brief Description: 04 Posts with 04 Vacancies

Designation:

01) Deputy Director (Dy Dir)

02) Assistant Accounts Officer (AAO)

03) Assistant Section Officer (ASO)

04) Accountant (Acctt)

Deputation Term: Normal Term of Deputation (FST) Basis will remain 05 Years

Posting Situation: UIDAI Head Quarter New Delhi, Regional Office (Delhi)

Pay Scales under UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Officers appointed as 01) Deputy Director, 02) Assistant Accounts Officer, 03) Assistant Section Officer and 04) Accountant shall be entitled to the varying Pay Pay Matrix Levels subsequent to Appointments on 04 Posts:

01) Deputy Director: Pay Matrix Level 11

02) Assistant Accounts Officer: Pay Matrix Level 08

03) Assistant Section Officer: Pay Matrix Level 06

04) Accountant: Pay Matrix Level 05

Maximum Age Limit for UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

The UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Employment Notification mandates the Maximum Age Limit for the Eligible Officer should be aged as on the Closing Date of receipt of the Application.

Age Limit: Below 56 Years

Eligibility for UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

The UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification mandates the Eligibility including Educational Qualification, Post-Qualification Experience, etc. specific to the Post, as explained hereunder:

I)  Deputy Director Post: 

Essential:

A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on Regular basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or

i) With 03-Years’ Regular Service in t

Essential:

A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on Regular basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or

i) With 03-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 10

ii) With 05-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 09

iii) With 06-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 08

B) The Officers from State Government/Union Territory Government/Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Organization

i) holding Regular Post in corresponding Grades with Essential Desirable Experience including Desirable Knowledge; i.e., Basic Skills for Working in Computerized Office Environment.

II) Assistant Accounts Officer Post

Essential:

A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on Regular basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or

i) With 03-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 07

ii) With 05-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 06

B) The Officers from State Government/Union Territory Government/Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Organization

i) holding Regular Post in corresponding Grades with Essential Desirable Experience; With

Professional Qualifications:

i) Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, MBA (Finance); Or

ii) Having passed SAS/Equivalent Examination of Organized Accounts Cadre of Central Government/State Government; Or

iii) Having successfully completed Cash and Accounts Training organized by Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM)

iv) Having Minimum 05 Years in handling Accounts related Work.

III) Assistant Section Officer Post

Essential:

A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on Regular basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or

i) With 03-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 05

ii) With 05-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 04

iii) With 07-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 03

B) The Officers from State Government/Union Territory Government/Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Organization

i) holding Regular Post in corresponding Grades with Essential Desirable Working Experience and Basic Knowledge of Computer Operation.

IV) Accountant Post

Essential:

A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on Regular basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or

i) With 03-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 04

ii) With 05-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 03

B) The Officers from State Government/Union Territory Government/Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Organization

i) holding Regular Post in corresponding Grades

Essential:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in  Commerce

Desirable Experience including Basic Knowledge of Computer Operation.

Selection Process under UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

The Selection Process for all 04 Posts; 01) Deputy Director; 02) Assistant Accounts Officer; 03) Assistant Section Officer and 04) Accountant involves Viva-voce/Personal Interaction as explained in the UIDAI Recruitment 2023. The Officers shall be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria including the Experience.

The Candidates would be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria. Only Shortlisted Candidates shall be called in for Interview/Interaction.

The Officers already holding Analogous Posts in the Parent Cadre/Department may be given Preference in Selection.

The Terms of Deputation, including the Pay and Allowances, except Leave, shall be governed by the Provisions laid down in the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) Office Memorandum No. 06/08/2009-Establishment (Pay-II) Dated 17th June 2010 and other Orders/Guidelines issued in this regard from time to time. Leave of the Officer On Deputation shall be regulated by the UIDAI Leave Rule.

Period and other Terms and Conditions of Deputation: The Deputation Period shall be of 05 Years. The Lending Department may relieve an Officer for a Lesser Period as per their own Policy/Rules, which should not be lesser than 03-Years in any case.

The General Terms and Conditions of the Officer Services at UIDAI will be governed as per the Unique Identification Authority of India (Appointment of Officers and Employees) Regulations 2020 and Guidelines of the Central Government in this regard.

How to Apply for UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Eligible Candidate with Interest in the Notified Posts 01) Private Secretary and 02) Accountant, should apply to the UIDAI in the Prescribed Application Proforma (Annexure-I), accompanying the Photocopies of Preceding 05 Years’ Annual Confidential Reports/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports.

The Willing Applicants may submit their Advance Application up to 05.06.2023.

The Cadre Controlling Authorities/Head of Departments should submit the Applications of Eligible and Willing Candidates whose services may be spared on Deputation immediately on their Selection, accompanying the prescribed Essential Documents ensuring receipt in the UIDAI latest by 19.06.2023.

*Note: The Eligible and Willing Officers should apply with Photocopies of the Preceding 05-Years’ ACRs/APARs.

However, their Applications will be considered only after receiving the same through Proper Channel annexed with Supporting Documents explained in this UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification.

The Cadre Controlling Authorities/Head of Departments should submit the Applications of Eligible and Willing Candidates whose services can be spared on Deputation immediately on their Selection, accompanying the following documents ensuring Receipt in the UIDAI, New Delhi Head Quarter:

i) Attested Copy of Application, in the Prescribed Proforma – Annexure-I.
ii) Cadre Clearance Certificate issued by the Controlling Authority.
iii) Statement giving detail of Major/Minor Penalties imposed on the Officer during the Last 10 (Ten) Years (Annexure-II)
iv) Vigilance Clearance /Integrity Certificate (Annexure-II).
v) Photocopies of the ACRs/APARs for the Last 05 (Five) Years duly attested on each Page by an Officer Not Below the Level of the Under Secretary or Equivalent (Annexure-II)
