Qualification and Experience for UPMRC Recruitment 2023:

Desirable-

• MBA or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Govt. a recognized Institute/ University.

Experience-

• An applicant from Government or public sector should have a minimum of 20 years of experience in Group ‘A’ or equivalent executive grade.
• An applicant should have a minimum of 5 years experience out of the 20 years mentioned above at senior level in planning and construction of multi-disciplinary Railway projects, preferably in urban environments such as Metro / MRTS including experience in land acquisition and rehabilitation of project-affected persons.
• The applicant should have extensive experience in preparing tenders/contract document management of important engineering structures such as bridges/tunnels etc.
• The applicant should be well versed in Safety aspects relating to Railway/ Metro/ MRTS Construction and Operations.

Desirable-

• Experience in underground constructions including tunnels.
• Experience in all phases of the project on international contracts i.e planning, tender document preparation, bidding, execution, commissioning, post-commissioning, etc.
• Experience and knowledge of complying with project-related requirements of international funding institutions.
• The applicant should have experience and knowledge of coordinating and interfacing with Railway-related disciplines such as track installation, signaling, electrification, rolling stock etc.

Salary for UPMRC Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of UPMRC Recruitment 2023, selected candidates should get a monthly salary between Rs.180000 to Rs.340000 along with other allowances/perks and privileges as per the UPMRC rule.

Tenure for UPMRC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of UPMRC Recruitment 2023, The appointment is made on a contract/ Deputation basis for a period of 05 years or till the date of Superannuation whichever is earlier. The directors’ age for superannuation will be 62 years.

Selection Process for UPMRC Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of UPMRC Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of Personnel Interview, Document Verification and Medical examination. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. Candidates who qualify interview round will be called for the medical examination or document verification.
