DFCCIL Recruitment 2023: Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL), New Delhi, has invited Applications from Experienced Persons for Appointment on to Deputation Posts Assistant Manager/Junior Manager/Senior Executive (Human Resources). The Officers of the Central Government/ Central Public Sector Undertakings (CPSUs) etc. are serving as Personnel/Establishment/HR of Indian Railways are Eligible to apply for the Posts notified in the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Notification.
Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd. notified Assistant Manager/Junior Manager/Senior Executive (HR) shall be filled up with appointments on Deputations against 05 Vacancies with Posting viz., i) Corporate Office: 02 Posts; ii) Noida: 01 Vacancy; iii) Meerut: 01 Vacancy and iv) Ahmedabad: 01 Vacancy respectively.
05 Vacancies shall be filled by way of Appointment of the Candidates considered to be Eligible for Selection for the Positions subject to Essential Qualifications and Post-Qualification Experiences, etc. that they may be having in possession. Amongst the Eligible Persons, those who have convincingly fulfilled the Eligibility specific to the Opted Posts may apply within the Timeline mentioned in the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement hereto.

Appointment Terms: Deputation initially for 03 Years, further Extendable up to 05 Years (subject to Exemption by the Department of Public Enterprise (DPE) from the Rule of Immediate Absorption.
Service: Officers of the Central Government/Central Public Sector Undertakings etc. Personnel/Establishment/Human Resources of the Indian Railways (as mentioned in the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Notification)
Posting Locations: Corporate Office, Noida, Meerut, Ahmedabad
Post-Selection, the Candidates shall be entitled to the Pay Scale Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance Plus All Others Perks and Allowances Applicable.
The Eligible Candidate should not exceed 55 Years as on the Closing Date of the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023.

| Senior Executive | Central Government/State Government Employees working in Analogous Grade (Level-7) in relevant Discipline or holding Substantive Posts in Level-06 or Public Undertaking Employees working in Analogous Grade in relevant Discipline or in Rs. 30000 to 120000 (IDA) (E0) with 04-Years’ Service in that Grade. |
Only Eligible Shortlisted Candidates would be called in to attend the Personal Interactions/Interviews and Record Verification.
The Officer(s) having Minimum 05 Years’ Working Experience in Personnel/HR Department in the Indian Railways/Public Sector Undertaking/Other Organisations, etc. in the areas; viz., Selection, Promotion, Seniority, Creation of Posts, Recruitment, Transfer, Disciplinary Cases, Court Cases, Service Matters, Grievances, Settlement Dues, Pay and Allowances, etc. , shall be considered Eligible for Selection on to the Applied Post(s) vide the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023.
Additionally, the Officer should have Command over working on Computer (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preference: Knowledge in SAP.
