Good news for CA members: ICAI to open 3 new Chapters in USA

The President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in his President’s Message for the month of April 2023 dated 25th March, 2023 informed that the Council has decided to open 3 new Chapters of ICAI in the USA at Ohio, Seattle, and Arizona in this part.

This is done to provide the best services and newer opportunities to be members and students at their doorstep.

In addition to this, to broaden national coverage, the new branch of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) at Gandhinagar has been approved by the Institute.

Last month ICAI President CA. Aniket Sunil Talati made a surprising announcement that chartered accountants from India who have lived in Singapore for more than six months automatically qualify for membership in the Singapore Institute without having to take an exam.
