Bihar LRC Recruitment 2023: The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has invited Online Applications from the Candidates Eligible for 04 Posts; viz., 01) Special Survey Assistant Settlement Officer, 02) Special Survey Kanoongo, 03) Special Survey Amin and 04) Special Survey Clerk with 10101 Vacancies to be filled up in the Department of Land Reforms and Revenue (DLRR) under the Directorate of Land Records & Survey (DLRS) vide Bihar LRS Recruitment 2023 Official Notification issued on 13.04.2023. According to the Bihar LRS Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, there are are 10101 Vacancies; i.e., 01) Special Survey Assistant Settlement Officer (355 Vacancies), 02) Special Survey Kanoongo (758 Vacancies), 03) Special Survey Amin (8244 Vacancies) and 04) Special Survey Clerk (744 Vacancies). Based on the Bihar LRS Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, Online Registration is in progress from 13.04.2023.
As per the Bihar LRS Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the 12.05.2023 is the Last Date for the Eligible Candidates to complete both Online Registration and Fee Remittance. Online Edit Window for Corrections in the Online Application shall Permissible from 18.05.2023 to 20.05.2023.
Based on the Bihar LRS Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, there are 10101 Vacancies mentioned hereunder:
I) Special Survey Assistant Settlement Officer: 355 Vacancies
II) Special Survey Kanoongo: 758 Vacancies
III) Special Survey Amin: 8244 Vacancies
IV) Special Survey Clerk: 744 Vacancies
According to the Bihar LRS Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Consolidated Monthly Remunerations for the Notified Posts are as follows:
I) Special Survey Assistant Settlement Officer: Rs.59000 Consolidated Per Month
II) Special Survey Kanoongo: Rs.36000 Consolidated Per Month
III) Special Survey Amin: Rs.31000 Consolidated Per Month
IV) Special Survey Clerk: Rs.25000 Consolidated Per Month
Based on the Bihar LRS Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the Age Limits as on 01.01.2023 applicable to General Category Candidates is explained hereunder:
Age Limits: Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 37 Years.
Relaxations in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates are as per the Government Rules.
The Eligibility Criteria, in accordance with the Bihar LRS Recruitment 2023 Official Notification comprising Educational Qualifications specific to the Posts are as follows:
Educational Qualifications and Post-Qualification Experience:
1st Post: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the State Board of Technical Examination (SBTE) Duly Recognized by the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) With Minimum 02-Years’ Experience in Government/Contractual Non-Government Establishment.
2nd Post: 03-Years’ Diploma in Civil Engineering from the State Board of Technical Examination (SBTE) Duly Recognized by the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) With Minimum 02-Years’ Experience in Government/Contractual Non-Government Establishment.
3rd Post: 03-Years’ Diploma in Civil Engineering from the State Board of Technical Examination (SBTE) Duly Recognized by the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
4th Post: Bachelor’s Degree /Graduation from any Duly Recognized University/Institute.
Based on the Bihar DLR Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Selection on all 04 Posts comprises as hereunder:
The Written Examination for 1st to 3rd Posts; i.e., 01) Special Survey Assistant Settlement Officer; 02) Special Survey Kanoongo and 03) Special Survey Amin consists of 02 Papers for Total and Maximum 400 Marks. I) Civil Engineering Papers carries 75 Marks and II) General Studies carries 25 Marks.
The Written Examination for the 4th Post Special Survey Clerk to be held shall carry Maximum 600 Marks.
The Selection Criteria for all Posts shall be carried through on the basis of the Computer-Based Recruitment Test aimed at determining Merit shall comprise 100 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions for 400 Marks for 1st to 3rd Posts. The Computer-Based Recruitment Examination for 4th Post will comprise 150 Multiple Choice Questions of Objective-Type for Maximum 600 Marks. There shall be a Negative Marking of -1 Mark for each Incorrect Answer or Multiple Responses for each OTMCQs
As has been notified in the Bihar LRS Recruitment 2023, the Examination Fee to be remitted Online by using the Payment Gateways by the Un-Reserved and EWS/EBC/BC (Male/Female) Candidates shall remain as hereunder:
I) Un-Reserved (General) Category Candidate: Rs. 800 Plus Processing Charges
II) EWS/EBC/BC (Male/Female) Candidate: Rs. 800 Plus Processing Charges
III) SCs/ST/DQ (Male/Female) Candidate: Rs.400 Plus Processing Charges
